09/08/2026: Insanely good. One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in France. My French husband said it was a 9/10 for him and that’s quite rare. The menu is seasonal and everything we got was splendid. Wonderful service too.

24/04/2026: And yes, it's the end of an era. We've been eating at La Galettière for 39 years. One of the first customers in 1987 and one of the last to celebrate its closing last Saturday. The best crêperie, I've never found better anywhere else. Very family-oriented. Philippe has always been the same, all these years. Professional, helpful, smiling, friendly, and what more can I say... He introduced me to so many people in the professional world. Over the years, a true friendship developed. Yes, it's true, we're going to miss eating delicious crêpes so much. Now, you definitely deserve to rest and enjoy the good life. Hugs and all the best. Your friends, Gilou and Samia.

24/04/2026: It took an hour to be served, and they gave me a different galette than the one I ordered: not a single discount on the bill. The galette was very greasy. I'm struggling to understand the Google rating.

16/09/2026: We made a reservation for 5 people for a birthday lunch. We arrived early, and the waitress seated us on the terrace, partially in the sun, at a table for 4 with an extra place setting for the 5th person (what's the point of reservations if you can't have enough space to eat?). So we asked to change tables so we could all be in the shade. We were brought one amuse-bouche for 5, while the table of 8 next to us only got 3... We then waited over an hour for our main courses with no apology for the wait, and to top it all off, no proper cutlery for eating the fish or meat. We waited another 45 minutes for dessert... As for the food, it's very expensive for the level of cuisine; the starters, main courses, and desserts were nothing special... In short, a long wait, service that leaves much to be desired, and a high bill. Avoid this place until they have enough staff in the kitchen for the number of customers.

14/08/2026: Jean-Claude's restaurant is a must-visit in Lisses. The welcome is warm and tinged with humor. The pleasant, traditional decor also contributes to the restaurant's convivial atmosphere. However, a few things could be improved. The table lamps have some dirt on their tops. The QR code scanners at the ends of the tables could also use a cleaning. Finally, the bread basket's fabric could use a wash. As for the food, it is truly delicious, served in generous portions, and presented with care. Despite these minor points, which will undoubtedly be addressed, Jean-Claude's restaurant remains a wonderful place to enjoy simple, traditional dishes, just the way we like them.

19/09/2026: We came for dinner just before a show, and only had 35 minutes... the welcome was perfect, warm and friendly. Cassandre pampered us, we were served quickly, and the salmon tartare was delicious. A place we'll definitely remember! Thank you so much, it's so rare to receive such a warm welcome.

05/09/2026: It's well worth the trip. For a €50 set menu with a starter and main course, there's plenty to delight the taste buds. The dishes are deliciously prepared and offer a wonderful variety on the plate. The service is attentive, with a touch of British humor, but without being intrusive. We truly had a very pleasant evening. Kudos to the chefs and servers for their kindness. It was for my daughter's 14th birthday, and she received very special and thoughtful attention, in a simple and discreet manner. There's a dedicated customer parking lot behind the restaurant. Honestly, I'll definitely be back.
