30/07/2026: Well, I was a bit surprised. The atmosphere was noisy. Okay, that happens. But the worst part was the fries—I've never seen anything like it, they were burnt to a crisp. A shame, because we spent €43 per person without drinks. Be careful, a little slip-up like this, especially with fries, can really lower the bill. Anyway, a minor mistake that needs to be rectified quickly.

28/04/2026: We had a wonderful evening with delicious and beautifully presented dishes.
The waiters and waitresses were fantastic, and the lovely surprise was when my husband received a birthday candle at dessert time.
We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant.
28/04/2026: The dish was delicious, and the prices were reasonable.
However, it took 45 minutes to take our order, and after two hours we left because we hadn't ordered dessert.

14/06/2026: Excellent fast food! The burgers are delicious, the ingredients are high quality, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They pay special attention to families: free lollipops for children, high chairs available, and top-notch service. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!

15/07/2026: Very good restaurant, the cocktails are very good and the food is very good.
21/04/2026: We knew this golf course, having played several times last year. It was good, but today it was a disaster. The tee shots were impossible to place, half the fairways hadn't been mowed, just daisies, and the greens were like concrete, unplayable. And the worst part is the reception staff. When you make a comment, they have the nerve to say they're unaware, that they're in the office and not on the course. What's going on? Change of management? More budget? Avoid this place.

06/08/2026: I stopped by the cafeteria for lunch; it opened at 11:45 instead of 11:30. I grabbed a tray, and when I went to sit down at a table, surprise! The first customer was there, and the tables hadn't been cleaned. So much for hygiene!
06/08/2026: The store is very well laid out and the staff are very friendly.

14/07/2026: I ordered early in the morning (and paid!) only to be served almost an hour late. And some items were no longer available after payment. I know it was a game night, but it's your business to be responsive for festive events. I'll pass next time...
25/06/2026: We simply ordered a medium four-cheese pizza, waited 20 minutes, only to realize they hadn't even started making it, knowing we had a one-hour layover in Évreux and almost missed our train because they wouldn't listen to our request for a refund! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

13/07/2026: Superb and excellent set menu (starter - main course - dessert): goat cheese and bacon quiche - fish duo with tarragon sauce - pear Belle Hélène (aperitif and coffee available as an extra)
22/06/2026: The staff at Café des Arts in Evreux, located right in the city center, were awful.
We were in a group, just relaxing, and the woman who served us deserved a zero. She was incredibly courteous; there was absolutely nothing there. When we handed her the money, she put it back on the table, not even a smile. Not a warm welcome, not even a hint of hospitality. Frankly, I strongly advise against going there!

06/08/2026: A very bad experience. I waited over 10 minutes at the self-service kiosk without anyone coming to take my order. Instead of coming to see me or telling me what to do, I finally walked to the first checkout to ask for help.
I was simply told to walk all the way around the drive-thru and back behind four cars, even though I had already waited a long time… all for just three milkshakes. With a baby in the back of the car, this lack of consideration is truly regrettable.
A minimum of organization and customer service would have prevented this situation. It's a shame, because this experience really doesn't make me want to come back.
31/07/2026: Hello. I waited 20 minutes for the drive-thru, even though there were only 3 cars at 2:30/2:50 PM. For 2 coffees.

19/08/2023: From what I saw when I went to the hotel reception to pick up the key to the room I had booked, the dining room looked nice, the rooms were welcoming and clean, and the next time I have to return to Évreux I will definitely stay at this Kyriad hotel again
