26/07/2026: A small, hidden gem of a restaurant in the heart of Évreux. The atmosphere is calm, the food is delicious, and the menu is varied. The fries are particularly tasty, and the molten chocolate cake is a real treat. The servers are attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.

19/08/2026: I doubted an app could accurately choose a restaurant. This app calculates calories by scanning a photo of my plate. The burger was high in protein and met my calorie needs. The fries were good and the portion was a normal size. The interface is simple.

26/05/2026: We hired Julien for our wedding catering service, opting for a whole roasted pig. He managed the meal with great professionalism, always attentive to our needs, and ensured we had a wonderful evening. Julien is adept at finding solutions for logistics and last-minute requests. We also dined at his restaurant, which was just as good as the wedding reception. The rest of his team reflects his culinary talent; they are all incredibly friendly. It's a pleasure to share an experience with him, whether it's for catering or dining at his restaurant. We highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again whenever the opportunity arises.

26/05/2026: Julien handled the catering for our wedding. Everything was perfect and of excellent quality! The guests loved it! Punctual and meticulous, Julien only uses high-quality products. We wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

25/09/2026: Lunch was perfect. However, they could have done better with the aperitif; peanuts were a bit basic for a €50 meal.

14/09/2026: I came on Sunday at lunchtime, alone, and I must say the welcome was exceptional. The waiter was attentive and very responsive to our requests. The food was superb. The foie gras was delicious, and the meat was cooked to perfection with a wonderful homemade sauce. A tarte tatin was the perfect ending to a most enjoyable lunch. Thank you for your hospitality. I will definitely be back.

The prices reflect this, as do the artisanal work and the quality of the products. It's a well-known and popular spot with locals who come to enjoy bread, pastries, and cakes. There's no option to have coffee on-site because it's on a busy street.

04/09/2026: The window display was enticing, and I decided to go there after reading the Google reviews. And indeed, coming home from the shop, it was tempting... I ordered a set meal with a ham, butter, and Emmental cheese sandwich and a flan, and I added a wedding cake and a traditional baguette. The sandwich was very good, with quality ingredients. The flan was good, but lacked a bit of vanilla flavor, and the filling could use some tweaking; it was a little grainy. However, the pastry was very good and crispy. The wedding cake was good, but clearly lacked texture with its crispy layer; it was rather flat, I think, even though you can see the quality of the ingredients. The baguette was good. The prices are quite high, in my opinion... all these factors justify my 4-star rating. It's a good bakery, but nothing extraordinary considering the prices.

10/10/2026: We discovered La Gazette restaurant to celebrate an event and had a wonderful evening. We chose the €48 menu, and from the amuse-bouches to the petit fours, everything was perfect. Each dish was exquisitely prepared and delicious. Congratulations to the chef for his creativity. Julie

18/09/2026: I just had lunch at this small neighborhood restaurant where we ordered the daily special. The waitresses were very pleasant and professional. We were served quickly as we were in a hurry. The food was delicious with a variety of side dishes. I recommend this establishment because the value for money was excellent.

10/10/2026: I came on Sunday, October 4th, and it was truly an excellent brunch with a very attentive staff. There was a vegetarian among us, and the manager wanted to prepare a plate specifically for her. That was so kind! Such service is rare these days, so thank you. It was a real treat! Furthermore, the brunch itself was fantastic, with plenty of choice and high quality.
