05/11/2024: (Friday November 1st) The bistro is not the only restaurant at the Grand Cerf hotel (the others are better and more expensive). Excellent cuisine in a friendly, somewhat tight space, overlooking the magnificent Place de Lyons. Perhaps a server was missing at peak time but the two present were very good.

20/08/2024: Beautiful rooms with great amenities and good bedding, room facing the street but very quiet and beautiful view of the village.
Spa OK, beautiful swimming pool, sauna OK, hammam HS.
Helpful staff.
Joint reception of the two hotels in another building is not very serious, especially since the staff accompanies each customer to their room so there is a lot of waiting when people arrive at the same time (which is often the case??! ).
Catering at prohibitive prices (including bistro and lounge) but you are prisoners of their monopoly on the village.
PdJ (€20) shameful: Nespresso coffee, 1 jam, 2 hams (the latter of course quality, but a more limited choice than at Formula 1).
