01/09/2024: Always very delighted and amazed by this restaurant. The products offered are of very good quality, the dishes are delicious and plentiful, the servers are helpful and smiling and we find a very beautiful interior decor.
I recommend without hesitation!

11/12/2024: I admit it's been some time since I've been going there every day of the week with the ime, it's true that sometimes it can be a little derogatory for some but I'm satisfied, Maria is very nice as is Angélique , as for the gentleman who serves us he is very nice I find it I appreciate it, the customers arrive he talks it's nice, so I remain honest about what I say but it's a good cafeteria for all people wishing to go or what they are at work is let him come and eat there. ;)
16/11/2024: It's not very good the atmosphere no talking it looks like the canteen at school the boss is unpleasant mean I advise the boss to change jobs

01/09/2024: Nous nous sommes rendus au brunch du dimanche à la fabrik et nous avons été très déçus. Le prix a augmenté (28,90 au lieu de 25 il y a quelques mois). Une augmentation de prix peut être justifié par une augmentation des quantités et de la qualité des produits mais rien de tout cela. Le choix est limité, la nourriture est plutôt bonne mais pas extraordinaire, peu d’options végétariennes, les plats et boissons ne sont pas remplis lorsque cela est nécessaire. Une dernière visite qui nous laisse un goût amer, nous partons vers de nouveaux brunchs, abandonnant derrière nous celui de la Fabrik…
la salade chèvre pomme noix est délicieuse nonobstant.

22/12/2023: The manager is not friendly and haughty with customers coming for a package, in addition I ask if the scratch games are available because there was a large poster marked “lotto unavailable” the person replied very curtly “lotto Are these scratch games now? » I do not recommend.
20/10/2023: I'm waiting for a package from them. I move around and it’s closed. No posters to warn of an exceptional closure. Disappointed, this will be the last time to have a package delivered to them

01/12/2024: Best crepes. I walked in tonight to enjoy the last time I will eat crepes in France, because my ship will sail tomorrow. I opted for the butter and sugar with the hot chocolate and it was so great, light, fluffy and tasty. The people were very friendly. Definitely will return
28/11/2024: Service possible after 1 p.m., lame attempt at humor from one of the two men.
The pancakes (salted crepes) are not very good, the crepes have a taste of orange blossom which is not very Breton.
And above all €5 for a 2-ingredient pancake and €8 for a complete one!!! Too expensive!

02/09/2024: Birthday meal, service not great meal not at all appreciated by the guests and very expensive for what we didn't eat, not at all suitable for the festivities, really a shame because we could do better and it could work if the owners, .….?
09/06/2024: Meals with our little grannies and the family, they make a party of going to eat at the once good and friendly restaurant. That time is over unfortunately. I think it's time to give in. Pitiful starters, fairly standard dishes but let's say not too bad. Frozen desserts definitely. The staff like the bosses, unpleasant and aggressive if you don't choose quickly enough.
What a disappointment for everyone!!

22/07/2024: Ce sont les fêtes maritimes au port de Brest . Est-ce une raison pour servir n'importe quoi comme ces calamars à la façon espagnole cuits et recuits complètement desséchés ?
Dommage car le service est excellent et c'est gênant de se plaindre !
d'autre part les photos sur ce site n'ont rien à voir avec le restaurant
17/07/2024: One star because I can't give less. In Brest for the maritime festivals, we stopped here this evening for dinner. This is simply abuse. It should be noted that the restaurant was transformed for the holidays into a “snack bar”, with disposable tableware, which is not a problem in itself. On the other hand, the contents of the “bowls” served are problematic. We have the choice between dry and tasteless squid or a sausage/potato mix bathed in a mustard sauce which saves the furniture because we only smell it. 10 euros for this “dish”.
There are so many people and the restaurants are all packed that we are happy to find a place here. But if I have one piece of advice for you: buy a sandwich and move on.
Little bonus: the boss has closed the toilets (there could be a problem) and is sending you to the public toilets.

Ce n'était pourtant pas notre première fois. Peut-être y a-t-il eu du changement en cuisine ?
Nos plats sont fades. L'intention y est mais le résultat manque. Quel dommage!

Les légumes sont trop présents et la viande est marinée
C'est bien pour les adeptes du végétal mais pour ma part je suis resté sur ma faim
