A table for two at the top, excellent wine well recommended by the waiter who will make you laugh if you have the spirit for (and it's important to laugh) plates well served with good products and taste ( there is work behind and for the young person in the kitchen too) very well presented and excellent service. the owner is very helpful and friendly and will offer you a calva that really stands out, a big thank you to you and to the chef who in the background does an exceptional job, thank you La Cardabelle Saint Rome of Tarn Dylan and Louis

09/09/2024: Deuxième passage et toujours aussi délicieux avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. les vins sont abordables, ce qui devient rare dans ce type de restaurant.

31/08/2024: This is a beautiful restaurant with a wonderful courtyard, exceptional surroundings, a few minutes walk from the old centre. The service was very good and did a good job of catering for food allergies. The food is excellent value for money - very good ingredients, creatively and stylishly cooked. The wine is also well chosen and very reasonably priced. But if I was forced to be critical I would say that I am not a huge fan of the current trend of pureeing or creating a mousse out of everything - vegetables, fruit, etc. I could have eaten the whole meal without any teeth. I do like texture in food, and I also like a touch of audacity with the seasoning (herbs, spices, etc). That being said, no complaining - what they did, they couldn't have done much better.

14/09/2024: So great we went twice !!! We want to thank Isabelle for her passion, time & making us so welcome. It made such a difference her explaining the whole menu in English :) The food was incredible. Great value, portions & everyone very friendly. No faults. Would high recommend going if you’re staying local.

24/08/2024: Nous avons très très bien mangé dans ce restaurant . La carte est restreinte mais cela révèle que tous les mets préparés sont parfaitement réalisés . Ils sont très bien présentés , et sont cuisinés avec des produits frais ! Tout est Maison !! On reviendra c’est sur ! Et on vous conseille d’aller tenter l’expérience ! Ça vaut le coup !!!
