29/11/2025: My feedback is simply to help you improve, not to criticize. The wait time is admittedly a bit long, but the service is pleasant. However, heating would be a real plus; it's really not pleasant to eat when you're cold. There's a problem with the pizza cooking (the merguez sausage was really undercooked and the egg was too raw). Best of luck!

23/11/2025: Having come a year ago as a family (as we do every year), we returned this weekend with our children to enjoy a pleasant meal. The meal met our expectations, as always. However, this restaurant has become a place frequented by intoxicated and disruptive people. With our young children, I must admit I was disappointed and annoyed (as was my family) by the constant coming and going behind our table to chat with other customers. People were talking loudly, not moving, and were intrusive behind our chairs... This will be the last time we invite our loved ones, much to my regret.

20/01/2026: The hotel has been renovated and boasts a beautiful exterior. The rooms are classic but adequately equipped with a TV, hairdryer, and kettle (with tea, coffee, and sugar included). It's a shame the heating is a reversible air conditioner, as it's quite noisy at night. I had to turn it off completely, but even with the frost outside, I wasn't too cold in the morning. The breakfast service is very comprehensive, and the lunch and dinner meals are gourmet and therefore of good quality.

10/12/2025: We were extremely disappointed with our experience at the Hotel Continental spa. We had booked for three people several days in advance; yet, just 15 minutes before our appointment, the establishment called to ask us to reschedule due to a scheduling error between us and other clients. Very unprofessional. Upon arrival, the welcome was cold and frankly neglected: no warmth, no attention, no clear explanation. Once in the spa, we had paid for 1.5 hours… but 15 minutes before the end, the experience was interrupted by the aquagym instructor, who entered the changing rooms directly while we were still in the shower, naked. She even claimed that "there was no one there," even though our belongings were clearly visible. A very awkward situation and completely unacceptable for an establishment that is supposed to guarantee privacy and respect. When it was time to leave, there was no apology, no goodbye, no thank you. Nothing. For a hotel that claims to be upscale, this is a blatant lack of professionalism from beginning to end. We will not be returning and absolutely do not recommend it.
