10/12/2025: We had a wonderful time with friends. It's hard to find enough superlatives to describe the cuisine of young chef Alexandre Koa. A true delight to discover the chef's confident and elegant style, which elevates his dishes with exotic spices... a pure joy to taste. Impeccable service from a brilliant and passionate team. A huge thank you to the entire team at Le Pressoir d'Argent. We will definitely be back.

You have managed to preserve the feeling of stepping into a piece of Bordeaux's history. Your team is remarkably professional and discreetly courteous. A big thank you to everyone. The multi-date menu is a brilliant idea, and the dates were very well chosen! Our meal was a succession of flavors and original surprises that made this meal a truly memorable experience and make me want to repeat this magnificent experience. A special mention goes to the langoustine with butternut squash and clementine, as well as the two desserts. The wine pairings, not to mention the charming smile of your sommelier, were also a great success. My wife and I had a delightful evening and thank you warmly.

16/06/2025: A QUITE INCREDIBLE RESTAURANT I've been going here for years. The setting is superb. The terrace is fantastic. The cuisine is bistro-style. The food is VERY good, for reasonable prices. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who has the opportunity to be in the area. The owner is lovely, accommodating, and attentive to his customers and attention to detail. An experience that won't leave you indifferent. After eating here, you'll become demanding of all the restaurants you go to in the future! Enjoy your meal ;)

22/01/2026: If you're in Bordeaux, Le Parlement des Graves is a must-visit. We went for dinner recently, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The first thing I want to highlight is the waitress's attentiveness. We arrived quite a while before our reservation time, and even though it wasn't our turn yet, she went out of her way to find us a table so we wouldn't have to wait outside. That kind of gesture makes all the difference and makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. As for the meal, everything was excellent: • Main Courses: I ordered the chef's fish selection, and it was delicious; I even wished I hadn't had enough! 😜 My companion opted for the steak, which was cooked exactly as requested—very tender and flavorful. • Dessert: To finish, a superb crème brûlée. 12/12/2025: Honestly, 1925 in Bordeaux… what a wonderful surprise! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warmth and attentiveness that is rare these days. The waiter recommended the scallop carpaccio with vanilla, and I must say, it was delicious. The next course was just as good and very fragrant: superb presentation, nothing to criticize. You can really tell that everything is done with care. We had a truly pleasant, simple, and genuine experience, and it just makes you want to go back.

24/01/2026: Very disappointing despite the obvious goodwill of the waitress and the cook. The establishment has changed staff and its standards, even though the menu has remained the same as a few months ago. The seafood platter was slightly less generous (but the price was the same as before). As for the fish dish, I didn't finish it: the sauce was truly mediocre. The desserts were also very ordinary. Having dined at this restaurant twice before, I noticed a significant decline in the quality of the food this time. The service, however, was provided by a smiling person who genuinely wanted to do well but was excessively nervous and lacked confidence. I remembered an establishment that, without being stuffy, offered a very professional welcome and service. It was also very popular, which is clearly no longer the case since the dining room was far from full. The change is not to the advantage of the new managers, and I will now classify this restaurant as just another run-of-the-mill establishment. I regret this.
