BLISS is an extraordinary experience, a unique concept… presented as a kind of enigma, Chef Anthony and his wife Isabelle welcome you to a beautiful, refined space, decorated with care. The cuisine is marvelous, with wonderful flavor combinations and beautifully presented dishes on exquisite tableware 😍 everything is simply perfect in a convivial atmosphere. We spent a little moment of pure bliss. The menu was paired with wines that we discovered and that took us on a journey. Bravo to you both, we can't wait to see you again. Agnès & Patrick
27/01/2026: It wasn't the first time... And yet, we were once again swept away by the magic of the chef's cuisine, so talented at combining flavors to make this a playful and unique experience. Not to mention the warm welcome, smiles, and generosity of his wife, Isabelle, who also guided us throughout this culinary journey. There are no two concepts quite like this one. Special mention for the non-alcoholic food and drink pairings! Long live BLISSS!

02/12/2025: Good evening, I placed an order last night and made the mistake of selecting "takeout" instead of "delivery." No worries, I owned up to my mistake and went to the restaurant. I warned what seemed to be the "manager" three times not to place the order twice or be charged twice. (I had, of course, also called beforehand.) He confirmed that I would. Today I realize my card is blocked because of a double payment for the same amount from the same company. Ah yes, the wonders of secure cards. Except that with my card blocked, I can't use it. I called the restaurant around 6:10 PM, thinking, "Don't push your luck, give them a break." I was on the phone for 45 minutes. I went there in person, but the restaurant was closed. A young man told me they would open at 7:30 PM. Excuse me for bringing up my modest age of 35 with 16 years of experience in the restaurant industry, but no franchise would ever open at 7:30 PM. I understand that the manager probably wanted to extend his little nap. Ten or twenty minutes, sure, that happens to everyone. But an hour! And to have the nerve to tell me to my face, "We're not open," "I'm not the manager," without any tact, it was bound to end with no diplomacy because I was simply fed up. Not only was I fed up with waiting and being hungry, but I was also treated like an idiot. Isn't that normal? So this so-called manager, who isn't really a manager, tells me we're closed. From that single sentence, I understood the lack of seriousness, the delay, and the lack of professionalism. I'm still waiting for a refund for my order. Bank transfer, cash delivery, it doesn't matter. I've given them several chances. Between forgetting my order because no delivery driver was available... The wings that were replaced with something else without being asked, or the forgotten bottle of cherry Coke—I accepted everything, but this is unacceptable. As a long-time loyal customer, I wish you good luck nonetheless. This industry isn't easy, but remember that loyal customers are important, both for the business and for morale. And this is actually the first time I've had a run-in with an employee there. I'm disappointed. A simple apology would have calmed my anger. Too bad. I won't let it go! Sincerely, Mr. Jimenez. 18/10/2025: Very disappointed with the restaurant since we wanted to eat. We were very disappointed with the staff who did not take care of us, I had asked for parmesan when they served me the pasta but I received it after my dish was FINISHED. In the photos of the restaurant they show us pizzas but there are not even any. When it came to paying the bill at the counter they preferred to chat with their friends they did not even speak to us to tell us the price! In short I will never go back and I do not recommend it and other people I talk to about it have noticed the same thing as me.

30/01/2026: A perfect stay from start to finish! The welcome was impeccable, the room spotlessly clean with comfortable bedding that guaranteed a great night's sleep. The breakfast was varied and of high quality. The restaurant was a particular highlight. I will definitely be back.

15/02/2026: The restaurant itself is nice and has a pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match the setting. When we arrived there was no “please wait to be seated” sign, so we waited near the entrance since we had a reservation. The server greeted us with “you can come closer, we don’t bite,” said in a serious tone without a smile — not exactly a welcoming start. Once seated, the first thing we noticed was that the salt and pepper shakers were dirty. We ordered a bottle of wine, but the glasses looked like water glasses, which felt disappointing for a restaurant of this level. For food, my mom ordered a very rare ribeye and it came out medium-plus. When we mentioned it to the food runner, she apologized and was about to walk away until my mom had to clearly ask for a replacement. The new steak was cooked correctly but unfortunately lacked flavor. The rest of the dishes were only lukewarm instead of hot. The presentation was beautiful, but the execution didn’t live up to it. Service wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t attentive or warm. Overall, for a restaurant inside a nice hotel, we expected a much better experience.
31/01/2026: A customized vegan meal, varied and full of flavor, like few restaurants can offer. We appreciated the effort, the finesse of the dishes, and the attentiveness of the servers. Thank you, Alexandre! 😉
