12/12/2025: On our fourth visit to Blisss, we were once again won over by this restaurant and its concept! Thank you to the chef for his exquisite dishes, and to Isabelle for her warm service. This is a place well worth a visit; we highly recommend it!

11/12/2025: After countless recommendations from our friends, we finally decided to go. We arrived with expectations that matched what we'd been promised, so it wasn't a sure thing… Verdict: A truly wonderful experience, a break from the everyday, not just a meal, but a sumptuous evening enhanced by a delicious dinner. Of course, you need to be in good company, and luckily, I was 🙂. Just let yourself be carried away. And thank you to our hosts for introducing us to this place and this experience, which has so much to offer. We'll be back, hopefully very soon. 09/01/2026: A bit disappointed by the quality of the food. The gravlax starter was very small (two tiny bites with cold, stale blinis). The other dishes were of mediocre quality: a very fatty blood sausage, a "hand-cut" steak tartare that was more like minced steak served with overcooked fries. In short, the value for money needs to be reconsidered!

02/12/2025: Good evening, I placed an order last night and made the mistake of selecting "takeout" instead of "delivery." No worries, I owned up to my mistake and went to the restaurant. I warned what seemed to be the "manager" three times not to place the order twice or be charged twice. (I had, of course, also called beforehand.) He confirmed that I would. Today I realize my card is blocked because of a double payment for the same amount from the same company. Ah yes, the wonders of secure cards. Except that with my card blocked, I can't use it. I called the restaurant around 6:10 PM, thinking, "Don't push your luck, give them a break." I was on the phone for 45 minutes. I went there in person, but the restaurant was closed. A young man told me they would open at 7:30 PM. Excuse me for bringing up my modest age of 35 with 16 years of experience in the restaurant industry, but no franchise would ever open at 7:30 PM. I understand that the manager probably wanted to extend his little nap. Ten or twenty minutes, sure, that happens to everyone. But an hour! And to have the nerve to tell me to my face, "We're not open," "I'm not the manager," without any tact, it was bound to end with no diplomacy because I was simply fed up. Not only was I fed up with waiting and being hungry, but I was also treated like an idiot. Isn't that normal? So this so-called manager, who isn't really a manager, tells me we're closed. From that single sentence, I understood the lack of seriousness, the delay, and the lack of professionalism. I'm still waiting for a refund for my order. Bank transfer, cash delivery, it doesn't matter. I've given them several chances. Between forgetting my order because no delivery driver was available... The wings that were replaced with something else without being asked, or the forgotten bottle of cherry Coke—I accepted everything, but this is unacceptable. As a long-time loyal customer, I wish you good luck nonetheless. This industry isn't easy, but remember that loyal customers are important, both for the business and for morale. And this is actually the first time I've had a run-in with an employee there. I'm disappointed. A simple apology would have calmed my anger. Too bad. I won't let it go! Sincerely, Mr. Jimenez. 24/06/2025: The parrot is a place not to be missed for its top-notch cuisine, it's a lunch menu with very competitive prices, its impeccable service and having a coffee or eating in a completely renovated setting is super nice and becomes a pleasure and without counting on a super friendly team who listens to you both on the bookstore side and on the bar and restaurant side.

18/10/2025: Very disappointed with the restaurant since we wanted to eat. We were very disappointed with the staff who did not take care of us, I had asked for parmesan when they served me the pasta but I received it after my dish was FINISHED. In the photos of the restaurant they show us pizzas but there are not even any. When it came to paying the bill at the counter they preferred to chat with their friends they did not even speak to us to tell us the price! In short I will never go back and I do not recommend it and other people I talk to about it have noticed the same thing as me.
