28/02/2026: Amazing restaurant! The duck was delicious, and so was the salad. The fries are homemade and absolutely delicious! The manager and the waiter are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it!

27/03/2026: Ideally located on the quays of Pauillac.
The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff is proud to represent the Médoc region in an elegant setting that restores the town's former glory.
The restaurant offers an eclectic menu while maintaining a focus on local specialties.
Finally, châteaux are no longer the only ones offering accommodation and tours that are often overly focused.
The room rates are reasonable and the services are of high quality. A "great find" in Pauillac!
03/03/2026: We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel during a repatriation, and I must say I've rarely been so satisfied with a hotel! Despite our late arrival and the bar/restaurant being closed, we were offered a charcuterie board, a nice little gesture.
The room was very clean, well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable… We slept very well.
The breakfast was quite good, although I would have liked a bit more choice.
Even though we probably won't be returning, we thank you for this pleasant stay despite the difficult circumstances.

29/08/2024: Brasserie sympathique à la cuisine simple et efficace, le personnel est bienveillant mais dieu que le service est beaucoup trop rapide !
11/08/2024: Cet établissement est en fait le restaurant ddu château Cordeillan Bages qui se situait avant dans le château lui-même. Le cadre est évidemment moins prestigieux mais la terrasse par une belle soirée estivale est agréable, l'intérieur un peu austère!
Le menu à 45€ est très bon et avec un rapport qualité-prix satisfaisant. Malgré tout ce bon diner ne nous a pas fait oublier celui dégusté il y a quelques années au restaurant du château! Ce n'est plus la même catégorie!
Seule l'impressionnante carte des vins es, est à la hauteur du château mais il est à noter que de nombreuses bouteilles, de grands vins certes, (et je ne parle pas des crus d'exception bien sûr) sont à des pris trop élevés par rapport aux prix pratiqués ailleurs pour des vins comparables.
Une très bonne soirée néanmoins avec toutefois la nostalgie du restaurant du Château Cordeillan Bages!
