09/09/2024: Overnight address while walking the GR5. The room we had was really in need of maintenance. The towel bar was hanging out of the wall. The room had exactly 1 electrical outlet. Facilities limited. Communal showers and toilets. It all looks a bit unkempt on the outside and inside. The owner is friendly and quick to serve. The kitchen looks clean. We didn't really enjoy dinner. Sort of an English pie with pork. We couldn't quite identify the taste. We didn't like it that much, but maybe a local specialty. Breakfast was well organized. Good coffee!

02/09/2024: panoramic view of the markstein nothing to say, except in terms of catering be careful it's an inn nothing to do with a farm inn, the quality of the dishes nothing to do with the titles, marcaire plate with supposedly the specialty "roigebrageldi, a simple potato salad with bacon and pie with stuffing or are we looking for marinated meat?, I knew this place a very long time ago where it was really a farm inn with products made on site cheese bacon etc, you had to book a week in advance to have lunch there, nothing to do with today

24/10/2024: Very nice restaurant at the ski lift - we were there in autumn. The food was actually much better than expected. Very nice service, out of season with ordering, no self-service. You have to bring a little time, but then you'll get great food and fine coffee.

23/10/2024: it's my usual restaurant when I do the crest routes, always well received, quality meals, I recommend it ;)

28/04/2024: Nous y sommes allés manger lors du Trail des Grands Ballons. Et nous n’y retournerons plus ! Les prix sont excessifs ! 40€ pour 3 plats un midi, sans boisson, sans entrée ni dessert.. Si encore ça avait été goutu.. mais ce ne fut pas le cas ! Un steak haché frite à 14€ pour des frites et un steak haché tous les deux surgelés.. une tarte flambée industrielle.. et des bolognaises servies dans une assiette ébréchée. Sans oublier les miettes sur la table à notre arrivée. Le pompon est décroché par l’amabilité des propriétaires ! Heureusement que la serveuse est agréable. Je ne recommande pas du tout !
