27/02/2026: Excellent welcome from the waitress and the chef! We had lunch on the terrace: brocciu and mint cannelloni, caramel pork, figatellu and lentils, and figatellu cassoulet. Everything was delicious and presented appetizingly, in generous portions. Fast service. Unbeatable value for money. Even Louis, our very large dog, received all the attention. An excellent place!
12/02/2026: A very nice little restaurant. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. The prices are very affordable, and the quantity and quality are excellent. I treated myself to a Corsican-style cassoulet for 18 euros. It was fresh and delicious. A homemade dessert too... in short, I highly recommend it.

16/03/2026: An impolite waitress. I understand it was 8:30 in the morning, but that doesn't excuse her rudeness. We asked her for coffee and pastries, and she gave us a dirty look and was almost aggressive in her speech. Absolutely useless, she should be fired.

Le Sud is the place to go in Bastia to relax and have a good time.

21/03/2026: Everything was perfect from the appetizer to the dessert. The Corsican menu was reasonably priced, featuring good, fresh, homemade ingredients, and a view of Bastia's old port. A real treat.

24/08/2024: Accoglienza molto fredda , ordinato 3 piatti di tagliatelle alle Cozze , sapevano solo di panna di cui ne erano intrise, un piatto di sardine( specialita’ della zona) , tre sardine fritte servite con un misero contorno di carote zucchine (bollite) e insalata. Una bottiglia di rose’ ( buono) Non abbiamo preso piu’ niente, totale 98,00 euro. All’uscita la cameriera non ci ha nemmeno salutati! Grossa delusione!!!

16/07/2024: Super restaurant ! A volonté ! !! Belle espace, une cuisine très bonne est variée je me suis régalé ! ! 😋 La terrasse donne sur la mer évidemment très agréable ! La serveuse au petit soin et la cerise sur le gâteau l'endroit est super propre. N'hésitez pas si vous allez sur Bastia !!!! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !!
