05/04/2024: Our meal at Michel Saran was like an enchanted parenthesis. Our amazement was visual with the sumptuous decor but also gustatory with a prodigious meal that delighted our taste buds. As for the service, it is just perfect, young, dynamic without being intrusive. The plates are clearly legible and you can find the taste of everything that is advertised. The little violet ice cream cone magically closed this divine meal. And what luck to be able to exchange a few words with the chef himself and leave with an autograph. Above all, you don't need to change anything, everything is perfect to keep an unforgettable memory.

05/04/2024: It was great! I had breakfast with a friend and it was really good. The service is fast and the servers are super friendly. The pastries are sooo good and worth their price so good value for money 👌👌 We came in the morning and the place was quiet so for a breakfast it was great.

01/04/2024: Truly good food, staff knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. ambiance, venue perfect. I travelled 1600 miles (round trip) after seeing this venue on youtube, it was worth every bite. We had a fantastic weekend in toulouse and this restaurant made it more unique with a in house smoked salmon, traditional cassoulet and a soufflé with grand marnier. Booking in advance is recommended due to the quality of food and service.

You will be welcomed very quickly and placed at your table, if you have previously reserved, because yes it is better to reserve it is the assurance of not having to wait. This is proof if any were needed that this restaurant is renowned in the area, in fact they have just won an award for the best cassoulet. It goes without saying that I ordered a homemade cassoulet and for the price, I had a lot of trouble finishing, very hearty dishes, good with the little advice from the hostess regarding a good tasting of the cassoulet . But hey, for those who resist local dishes, they also have other possibilities, also for little ones. I had a pleasant time there.
