03/12/2024: Very friendly and friendly atmosphere. Homemade cuisine, tasty and very affordable (all-inclusive menu). Excellent service and always smiling. Sometimes a little scent of Montmartre on Saturdays, when an accordionist comes to play tavern tunes... A must-see address in Toulouse!

15/03/2026: I came with my group of friends. The tapas were excellent, everyone enjoyed them. Top-notch service, very friendly staff!

05/01/2026: What a rip-off, especially for customers like me who ordered through the Too Good To Go app. Wanting to fight food waste, I bought a €3.49 basket to get a €10 order. I received a dry, old salad and a day-old crepe... when their basic menu is €9 for salad, dessert, and a drink. I was completely ripped off. I don't recommend them.

26/12/2025: The best place for wine in Toulouse, a self-service bar with wines by the glass, priced from €0.90 to €1.30, so you can try as many wines as you like and then order more. The tapas are excellent, and the service is wonderful. They explain the wines and offer recommendations and pairings if you order food. The woman who served me also speaks English. For wine connoisseurs, the bottles include descriptions of the grape variety, flavors, and more. Definitely a place to visit if you're in Carcassonne.

04/03/2026: It's very good, the cuisine is inventive and perfectly executed. But the portions are really insufficient: a tiny piece of meat...with no side dish...I had to explain to my mother that it wasn't the sauce but a beetroot and pomegranate purée (excellent). We then asked for bread (very good), but it was given to us sparingly, just like the water. This explains my rating for the service. The waiter was very kind and young...He should have understood that we were starving. The dessert, likewise, was very good and remarkably large!

23/03/2026: I come regularly and I'm always warmly welcomed; the waitresses and bartenders are always lovely and the atmosphere is great. I highly recommend it ☺️

20/03/2026: It's a real shame to have to give this rating. I love the terrace, the waitresses/bartenders are very friendly, the beers are good, and the tapas are good. However, we always come in a small group, and each time there's a problem with the bill at the end, whereas we go out twice a week to many other bars, pay at the end, and never have any issues anywhere else. For example, yesterday a glass of red wine and a half-pint of stout were charged extra and weren't linked to our table. I insisted that we not pay for the second glass of red wine because only one person had ordered one, which had already been paid for, and I was sure of it. However, I paid for the half-pint of stout just in case. After checking today, none of us had drunk any... This is the fourth time this has happened, and we hesitate to come back each time because of this. There weren't enough of us, and we certainly didn't drink enough, to not remember what we took.

30/01/2026: The portions are generous and delicious, the dining room is welcoming and warm (a real pleasure to rediscover it after the renovations), and the staff is both helpful and friendly. Special mention to the manager, Héloïse, thank you for a wonderful evening! ✨

25/01/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Le Bar à la Une has become a real favorite of mine in Toulouse. I go there regularly, and it's especially the place I choose every year to celebrate my birthday with a group, and has done so for several years now—it's never by chance. The welcome is always warm and attentive, the service pleasant and efficient, even when there's a large group. You really feel welcome. As for the food, the dishes are delicious and generous, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. I know I can go there without hesitation: I'm sure to have a great time every time. A sure bet that I recommend without hesitation!

30/10/2025: A sublime "Breton" ice cream under a beautiful sun... What more could you ask for! It's a really nice place and I'll definitely be back to the famous Moustache. 🍨🍦

14/10/2025: I ordered a scoop of "Intense Venezuelan Chocolate." With that name and the fact that you have to pay extra for that flavor specifically, I was expecting a chocolate that would impress with its strength and intensity. However, it was one of the most basic chocolates you could find. Disappointing. The extra charge is completely unjustifiable. The name of this flavor or the recipe should be changed. Moral: don't be fooled by inflated prices that suggest a supposed superiority or uniqueness.

08/03/2026: Aggressive bouncer, I do not recommend

04/03/2026: First time at this bar, which was great. However, we returned the next day, and the bouncer wouldn't let us in because we didn't have our ID cards. Despite our explanations and a photo of our ID, he insisted we couldn't enter the bar. Later, we saw people entering without ID, so we questioned the bouncer's objectivity and impartiality. Since this is a bar, ID isn't mandatory unless you're consuming alcohol, which we weren't.

13/02/2026: Today, February 13, 2026, at 12:30 PM, there was a major problem, even though it wasn't crowded, as it was only the beginning of service. The soup was practically cold, the pork was undercooked, and the wait between courses was so long that I paid and left. My meal included a dessert that I didn't receive. The staff clearly caters to their regulars; it's disrespectful that occasional customers aren't given more consideration.

24/01/2026: Waiting more than 20 minutes to be seated when you have a reservation is unacceptable to me...

22/02/2026: The meal was very good, no complaints there. However, the end of the meal was a bit of a struggle. We were drinking our coffee when the waitress clearly told us we had to leave because there were other people waiting... quite abrupt, actually... It's a shame, we won't be going back.

14/02/2026: A very average experience; the cassoulet was good, but that's about it. The service was chaotic, with over an hour's wait between the starter and the main course. The foie gras and dessert were definitely mass-produced. In short, avoid it.

01/03/2026: The place is great, we came for a birthday and everything went perfectly! A special shout-out to the long-haired bartender who was lovely, I highly recommend it!

09/02/2026: An efficient brasserie with fast food and service. €20 for sauerkraut or tourneflam salad – excellent value for money. I recommend it.

02/12/2025: The beef tartare was beautifully prepared with seasoning just the way I like it. Homemade fries, in short, a real treat!
