10/06/2026: Go for the famous cassoulet! Fantastic- classic recipe and gluten free! (Menu is smaller and no salad options when we visited)

16/05/2026: It's good, but honestly, I couldn't tell the big difference between their food and other cassoulets except they gave you more meat here. The asparagus and morel was great. The service was fantastic.

28/05/2026: I can't say enough good things about Le Mambikas (Chez Mambo). It's a real neighborhood hub where all the neighbors come because the owner is an incredible woman who attracts wonderful people. Yes, the terrace overlooking the Garonne is lovely and the drinks are good, but it's mainly for Mambo that people come, and she's there every day running the place single-handedly. As a traveler staying briefly in the neighborhood, I felt very lucky to have stumbled upon this place. Mambo is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel right at home. She's funny, quirky, and very relaxed and calm even when there's a line of people waiting to talk to her. Thank you, Mambo, for everything. 😘 (In case my translation isn't good…) This is a community hub that all the neighbors go to because the owner is an amazing woman who attracts wonderful people. Yes, the patio next to the Garonne is nice and the drinks are good, but it’s Mambo everyone comes to see, and she is there every day running the place by herself. A spectacular cabaret show in a joyful and festive atmosphere, filled with kindness—it's so refreshing to experience something like this from time to time, especially in these times... Thank you all so much. And let's hope there are many more anniversaries to come; it's well deserved.

28/06/2026: We were lucky enough to attend La Vénus's 18th anniversary celebration and the final performance of the season. We opted for the premium package, and we were so glad we did to get the best view. It was truly magical. The meal was delicious. Bravo and a huge thank you to the artists and all the staff for making this an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this cabaret. And we will be back with great pleasure for the new season.

11/04/2026: The food was quite good, but what I found problematic was the portion size. €16.90 per person for the truffade, and we ended up with a medium-sized pan to share between four people. It was clearly far from the advertised 300g, more like 150g. It had been a very long time since I'd left a restaurant feeling hungry, and yet I'd ordered an extra side dish.

01/06/2026: An excellent little restaurant whose six-course menu is worthy of a Michelin star. The dishes are sophisticated, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. The wine suggestions are anything but lazy: here, they don't just offer you bottles you find everywhere; there's a real effort put into sourcing them. The service is efficient and very professional. In short, one of the best bistronomic restaurants in Toulouse. Here's hoping for a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide.

30/06/2026: Had a large group for a business dinner here. Great wine selection and the food was delicious. The service was a little slow, even though we were early. Magret, and the tartare were top hits for our group. I especially loved the tartare. The pear aperitif was fantastic as well.
