02/02/2026: I tried the lobster with snow peas menu and frankly, it was a very pleasant surprise. The lobster was well-prepared, flavorful, and the combination with the emulsions worked perfectly: balanced and refined without being over the top. I also had the house cocktail, which was very enjoyable, well-balanced, and original. A really nice experience; I thoroughly enjoyed it. I recommend it! 👍

When I read the previous comment, it immediately struck me because we didn't receive the same service… The waitress who looked after us was professional, smiling, and funny! So yes, the €37 set menu is offered and not "imposed," but you can choose dishes from the à la carte menu, which is what we did! Furthermore, we received excellent wine recommendations, which we loved! So, kudos to the team, who were short-staffed that evening; we had a wonderful meal! A bill of €260 for four people for a great time is definitely worth it!

The manager, both discreet and attentive, contributed to a serene atmosphere. Everything was perfectly coordinated, from the setting to the food, with a genuine sense of conviviality.

27/01/2026: You have the impression to be placed in a different time. Interiors are super well designed, looks like an old hot table. Everything was fantastic from entries to desserts, we really loved the formula “all you can eat, serve yourself”. Special cheers to Irina, the waiter, extremely kind and smiling. 15/01/2026: Superbly located. The food is excellent: wood-fired grills. The wine list is decent, and they have some very good wines available by the glass. L'Émulation is a must in Toulouse... A huge parking lot is available 200m away.
