A highly sought-after and original cuisine with controlled complexity: an astonishing egg marinated in squid ink combined with asparagus and trout roe, a cod ravioli with mackerel, sabayon and seaweed, an astonishing green curry foam accompanying the lamb, a deconstructed plate of cheese. 12/03/2024: A simple and delicious lunch menu. Pleasant time this afternoon with colleagues. The lunch menu consists of 2 starters, 2 main courses including fish, and 2 desserts. Starter, main course and dessert are €24, very reasonable for this hearty and tasty lunch.

05/04/2024: Our meal at Michel Saran was like an enchanted parenthesis. Our amazement was visual with the sumptuous decor but also gustatory with a prodigious meal that delighted our taste buds. As for the service, it is just perfect, young, dynamic without being intrusive. The plates are clearly legible and you can find the taste of everything that is advertised. The little violet ice cream cone magically closed this divine meal. And what luck to be able to exchange a few words with the chef himself and leave with an autograph. Above all, you don't need to change anything, everything is perfect to keep an unforgettable memory.

02/04/2024: Our visit to Le Point D'Ogre has been a perfect experience!
The attention from the waiters was spectacular, they spoke Spanish quite well, which was appreciated, they explained the dishes to us and answered our questions with a smile.
They surprised us with an appetizer full of fresh vegetables and sausages accompanied by jams, aioli...
If it is your first visit to Toulouse and you want to try cassoulet this is the perfect place to do it, we also ordered lamb leg cooked for 5 hours which was spectacular and a dessert.
I recommend booking as it is usually full.

I would like to thank the entire team with special mention for the kitchen teams for offering a suitable plate. The vegetables, the tastes and the combinations are perfect. I hope they had as much fun making this plate as I had eating it.

You take great care, despite the crowd (we don't feel it), the boss takes great care of you
I had a great time
The products are of quality and the cooking is homemade.
