Possibility of tasting it in 2, 3, 4 or 5 courses.
The portions are generous.
A small downside about the noise in the dining room... but that evening there were 2 large tables.
In addition, we did not have a description of the contents of our plates, so we lacked the details to fully appreciate them.

But, Champagne Gourmand dessert without flavor or texture, no artisanal production, prefabricated, you only pay for the cup of field!! Far from the previous manager, we miss the petit cannelé, the panacotat, the petit fondant... we'll come back anyway... because we know that the pastry chef will return to the old Champ Gourmand prepa.. Just a little message to the service, dry your hands before presenting the cards to us, the guy's tasks are average on the menus. Otherwise you are almost at the top

27/03/2024: I had already come many years ago (at least 30 years ago) to this good cassoulet address, and I had very good memories of it. Eager to introduce our emblematic dish to colleagues from other regions, and to change a little from my other usual addresses, we chose this address. And we were not disappointed. Very good, rich and tasty cassoulet. The goose confit was perfect and so were the beans. Washed down with a Clape wine (Château Bouysset - les bécassines). Only happiness.
Very pleasant service.
I wouldn't wait 30 years to go back
