03/07/2025: Important to know is computers and tablets aren’t allowed (though they won’t warn you before you order.) you can only use them in a small spot at the back of the establishment. Can’t even read a book on a kindle, too bad. But their screen rules strangely don’t apply to phones. The drinks being tasteless I would recommend elsewhere for that as well. Didn’t try the food

01/08/2024: For lunch there is nothing to say! For 16€ the quality is there either for a starter main course dessert menu, or for a large (very) salad or tartare or savory tart + dessert menu. Frankly, I don't see any better value for money in Saint-Cyprien! And the service is impeccable. 👏🏻 To the team

29/07/2024: Locale carino che serve piatti della tradizione. Le pietanze che abbiamo preso (pesce, carne, formaggi) erano tutte ottime e abbondanti. Anche il personale è stato gentilissimo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Super consigliato!

Attention au dessert si vous choisiriez les profiteroles... Plats goutu et copieux .. Viandes bien cuite et belle accompagnement. Au plaisir de revenir essayer d'autres plats. 22/09/2024: Looks much better on the inside than the outside. Really top quality food, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. For a reasonable price, around €35 for two courses and a small drink. Fantastic.

13/09/2024: A French miracle! A cassoulet with a taste and a visual that I had not seen since my childhood in Ariége and near Saint Girons as well as a duck stew with an “old-fashioned” sauce. A welcome or the desire to please allows you to spend an unforgettable evening in an environment that is not “sounding” in pure authenticity. Brief ! Thank you to the kind lady who welcomed us superbly (despite her day off), to Donatien our host and to the outstanding cook. As well as the “bosses” with such enriching conversation

16/09/2024: Wow, just wow, we were so lucky to walk in just as another party cancelled and we got to enjoy this fabulous food and atmosphere. Our host was really attentive, charming and nice and walked us through all the choices and made our experience even better. We heard you should reserve well in advance normally but it’s well worth it. Highly recommend!

15/01/2025: Very good restaurant, very good atmosphere and attentive waitress and chef. Be careful, natural wine, not everyone likes it (including me), but they were able to find a wine that I found OK, this last point is only my opinion, and does not call into question the great evening spent over there.

06/12/2024: J'ai été heureux d'être vivant hier soir. Tout simplement parfait. L''équipe est d'une extrême gentillesse à l'écoute de nos diverses contraintes. Nous avions réservé en amont et heureusement car la salle est pleine de convives, l'arrivée des plats nous expliquera pourquoi. Première exigence de notre part, venir à partir de 22h, théâtre des 3T voisin oblige. Au moment de la réservation la contrainte n'en n'était plus une car ils ont l'habitude. Afin de faciliter la vie de l'équipe en place, les choix avaient été donnés quelques jours avant, avec le respect de notre budget. Bref au moment de passer à table, nous avions l'impression d'etre chez nous. Nous etions nous aussi bien vivants et surtout en éveil pour bien profiter des assiettes qui allaient arrivées. Les cuissons sont maîtrisées, les textures bien vivantes, l'odace tout autant et les quantités généreuses. Mention spéciale pour tartare de coques, que je mangerai à la cuillère devant un bon film. J'ai trouvé mon spot, grâce à cette jeune équipe de vivants. Bravo et merci, à très bientôt.

04/12/2024: Saturday night, a lot of people. Fun music but inside the place somewhat overwhelming. Maybe I'm getting older. Nice terrace. I ordered a gin and tonic: the waitress took the ice with her hand and put it in a wine glass, then a little bit of gin and then the soda that I couldn't locate because it was blue. It seemed filthy to me that he would throw the ice with his hand in a place where they touch everything. It didn't taste like anything at all either.

Good quality explanations, guided step by step with a recipe that is both simple and original. We leave with our preparations... and today it was the tasting, a delight.
