14/03/2026: For my first time at this restaurant, I absolutely loved it, and so did my partner. We celebrated our one-year civil partnership anniversary here, so it was THE perfect restaurant for the occasion 💕 Chic and elegant, but also original, in a Toulouse wine cellar! The dishes are magnificent, meticulously presented, and delicious. As a vegetarian, they managed to adapt the "vestiges" menu incredibly well! They also have very good wines, and of course, the glass of champagne was excellent.

15/01/2026: Superbly located. The food is excellent: wood-fired grills. The wine list is decent, and they have some very good wines available by the glass. L'Émulation is a must in Toulouse... A huge parking lot is available 200m away.

22/03/2026: I've been twice and the service is good, but it really depends on the server. Overall, the food quality is good, but I think it's too expensive. The wood-fired meat tasted as expected, but its quality was really average. For €28, you have to pay extra for the sauce, and the fries/salad portion isn't very generous. The setting is great.

15/03/2026: Good dinner but a little disappointed to find ourselves in the tent at the back of the restaurant while there were still free tables in the main room and in the bus… The temperature under the tent is not great in winter and the gas heaters are not very pleasant.

15/02/2026: Great bar, lots of pool tables 🎱 at a reasonable price (€11 per hour) and several foosball tables. I recommend it for playing games.

05/02/2026: We hired Artisan Traiteur Toulouse for a convention. They provided catering for a lunchtime cocktail reception. The experience was fantastic! The canapés were high-quality, delicate, and absolutely delicious. The feedback from our guests was unanimous! The best part was arriving well in advance to set everything up smoothly and without causing any disruption (and then cleaning up afterwards), and providing service throughout the entire lunch break. I highly recommend them!

21/01/2026: Top-notch service! Maxime from ARTISAN TRAITEUR TOULOUSE came to our office while we were working, and when we returned, everything was ready. The aperitif was perfectly set up, the organization impeccable, and we had absolutely no stress. Truly comfortable and professional service. We are beyond delighted and highly recommend them! 20/02/2026: Cozy setting, incredibly friendly service, and above all, excellent food!! The menu is short (I didn't see any vegetarian options that day) and features fresh, seasonal produce. The dishes are beautiful and incredibly delicious!! A delight with every bite!

The dishes were divine: the shrimp ceviche with its medley of radishes, prepared to perfection with balanced flavors and fresh ingredients. A true delight for the taste buds! The very attentive waitresses offered passionate advice and made the experience even more enjoyable. Finally, the wine list was excellent, with perfect pairings suggested by the team. The value for money is truly justified, and we highly recommend this restaurant. A big thank you to the entire team for this delightful experience – we will definitely be back!
