20/08/2026: We stumbled upon this place while looking for a restaurant for my wife's birthday, and what a wonderful, unexpected discovery! We opted for the four-course tasting menu with wine pairings and we weren't disappointed. Every dish was beautifully prepared and delicious, and the wine selection was perfect… frankly, we had a fantastic time… we'll definitely be back to try the winter menu. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent service.

18/08/2026: The food was good, but not at all "bistronomic" and certainly not gourmet. The menu is quite expensive for what's offered. Not very good value for money.

12/06/2026: Very cozy and small, friendly. Feels like home, moderate choice of food. Food is simple and price is good 😊 Don't expect fancy food. For me most important was that it's vegetarian (and vegan)!!!

10/08/2026: As usual, I enjoyed everything; it was all good. I'm a regular here. The only slight drawback, perhaps a matter of taste, was the seasoning of the beef tartare with knives! Apart from that, everything was exemplary 🙏🏼🔥

08/09/2026: Duck, duck, and more duck—that's what you should order at La Braisière! Because there's nothing better than duck meat, which absorbs the smoky flavor of the embers so well, and because we're in duck country, it's very rare to find poor-quality duck. We ordered rib-eye steaks and lamb chops: the meat portions were decent (you always have to ask for more potatoes; it's annoying to have one bowl for four people), but the major drawback is the quality of the meat: incredibly bland, and I'm talking about both the beef and the lamb. The meat is of the same quality as that served in restaurants that sell rib-eye steak and fries on a massive scale. The only remaining vestige of La Braisière's old-fashioned charm is the service, which remains impeccable.

22/08/2026: A truly beautiful establishment nestled between Place du Salin and Les Carmes. The cuisine is seasonal and local, with creative yet perfectly executed and balanced combinations. Every dish on our tasting menu was spot-on. The service is professional and pleasant, and the presentation is done with passion. The same goes for the wines, with a lovely selection from very small vineyards.

I'd been there before, and it's always a real pleasure: refined cuisine, excellent ingredients, and a lovely atmosphere. You feel comfortable there, the food is delicious, and you leave wanting to come back. A truly wonderful Toulouse restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend. ✨

17/07/2026: ☕️ A look back at our visit to Café Bong We recently discovered this café and the place is truly lovely. The decor is tasteful, warm, and inviting. The presentation of the pastries is also very pretty, as is that of the drinks. However, we were disappointed by the desserts. The whipped cream cake, in particular, was really not to our liking. The taste and texture didn't convince us, which is a shame given its beautiful presentation. As for the drinks, they were decent, without being particularly memorable. The most regrettable aspect was the service. We found it rather cold. A smile and a little more attention to the customers would have really made a difference and made the experience more pleasant. This is a place with potential thanks to its ambiance, but a few improvements to the desserts and especially to the service would make the experience much more enjoyable.

17/07/2026: Ding bong, I'm giving a glowing review of this Toulouse café concept. Immersive atmosphere, original products, and generous portions despite the somewhat high prices. I'll be back. Several times.

26/05/2026: Very warm welcome, attentive staff, we had an excellent weekend, clean room, impeccable food, secure motorcycle parking and public transport nearby.

10/09/2026: A lively spot overlooking the Garonne River next to the magnificent Pont Neuf, perfect for watching the sunset reflected on the river and shaded by the buildings on the opposite bank. We shared benches, engaged in lively conversation, and enjoyed the occasional street musician adding to the evening's entertainment.

10/08/2026: A lovely restaurant with very good food at fair prices. Unfortunately, the server seemed to misunderstand us when we paid and left, so we couldn't thank them or say goodbye, which was a shame.

05/08/2026: Great restaurant. They have a well-thought-out and delicious children's menu that goes far beyond the standard steak and fries some places offer! The cassoulet and steak tartare were excellent. All this at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it.
