29/06/2026: Great location for people watching in the center of town. Service was snappy and the server even spoke a little English. Cold beer and a good draft selection. Tourist prices, but worth a visit. The duck salad and fish and chips were generous portions and pretty tasty, although the fries were limp.

26/06/2026: Good value for money. The waiters and waitresses are pleasant and attentive. It's a place my husband and I go to often. Whether for dinner, a meal, or just a drink.

12/07/2026: Hello, I booked for my boyfriend's birthday and we came with his 12-year-old daughter. I requested the smaller room for a more relaxed atmosphere, and it was perfect. The staff is helpful, polite, and, above all, responsive to requests. The cuisine is simple, refined, and of very high quality. The service is quick. All this ended with a very reasonable bill considering the quality of the experience. What more can I say? It was my first time at your establishment, and I will return with great pleasure.

The service was outstanding to begin with, the food exquisite, and my duck breast was cooked to perfection! You can tell the ingredients are carefully selected and prepared. Clearly one of the best restaurants in Toulouse! It's closed on weekends, so you should plan to go during the week. Plus, the terrace is lovely in the summer. We'll definitely be back! 👌

Indeed, just as we were about to enjoy a delicious meal, around 10 p.m., on two separate occasions, we found not a closed door, but an empty dining room with an elderly woman slumped on a chair at the entrance, the owner at the back of the room, and the owner's wife politely informing us that we were finished. It should be noted that the advertised closing time is 10:30 p.m., and it is unusual for service to end so early on a warm Toulouse evening (for Toulouse). Under these circumstances, please change the closing time. Furthermore, to avoid these disappointments, it would be appreciated and appropriate if you answered the phone. In short, these days it's not enough to be a good chef; you must also respect your customers. Otherwise, a grim fate awaits those who engage in this practice. Additional comment following your response: I have taken note of your response, which demonstrates a denial of reality that bodes ill. That an establishment of this nature closes its doors an hour before the end of service in a city like Toulouse raises serious questions about its long-term viability. Furthermore, I maintain that I called the establishment while staff were present but received no answer, and that this attitude reflects a lack of respect for customers. I therefore stand by all my statements and urge you to take the necessary corrective measures as a matter of urgency.

09/07/2026: A very disappointing evening, despite our initial high expectations after having dined there a year ago. We arrived at 8:00 PM, the amuse-bouches arrived at 8:50 PM, followed by a 40-minute wait for the starter and then another 40-minute wait for the main course. To make matters worse, the poultry was unfortunately undercooked. The service only sped up with the cheese and dessert courses; the syrup was sticking to the bottom of the plate, suggesting it had been prepared too far in advance—surprising for a fine-dining restaurant. Even for a tasting menu, the wait was excessively long. The service was unpleasant, and the two staff members seemed to be struggling to manage the 20 covers that evening, which was evident. It's a shame because our first visit had been a resounding success, and apparently, the astronomical wait between courses was intentional (after we asked about it). We were very disappointed with our evening. It's a real shame, once again.
