Very calm atmosphere in the vaulted cellar, a little cold on arrival, probably because of the difference in temperature outside and in the cellar.
Discovery of very refined cuisine, everything is balanced and perfectly seasoned.
The service is top notch, everything is well explained.
We feasted.
Good value for money.

I had the opportunity to eat sando and bento there 😋
which are delicious, homemade with quality products.
The desserts are also very good, especially for me the black sesame cookie🤩. I can't wait to go back and try more new flavors.

As for the desserts, they are also very good (having tried a few 😋). Special mention for the dorayaki with red bean paste 😋

Having participated in a tasting of 3 whites and 3 reds accompanied by platters of cold meats, cheeses and raw vegetables, I have very good memories of these passionate wine merchants from whom I will happily return to buy bottles!
Don’t hesitate to ask them questions, they have very good advice and great references!

03/05/2024: It starts very strong, very very strong with a table gradually covered with appetizers, each more successful than the other. And it doesn’t stop until desserts. The quality of the products, the precision of the techniques, the creativity of the assemblies. We taste a thousand things without ever getting tired. 01/04/2024: Truly good food, staff knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. ambiance, venue perfect. I travelled 1600 miles (round trip) after seeing this venue on youtube, it was worth every bite. We had a fantastic weekend in toulouse and this restaurant made it more unique with a in house smoked salmon, traditional cassoulet and a soufflé with grand marnier. Booking in advance is recommended due to the quality of food and service.
