23/08/2026: A small but charming spot where both the welcome and the food are exceptional. You can choose your wine from their well-stocked cellar. Whether you're looking for a single dish or plates to share, the menu has something for everyone. The dishes are beautifully presented, generous, and varied, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and all homemade. I don't eat meat, and I found plenty to enjoy in the dishes on offer. The dessert was delicious, with a surprising goat cheese ice cream that perfectly complemented the financier and blueberries. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

06/07/2026: Service is excellent. Often, restaurants like Bibent have staff who are but civil. Dare I say the staff we interacted with were nice with maybe a tinge of warmth. Of the cassoulet we've tried during our two weeks in Occitanie, this was the best in terms of flavor. Perhaps the duck fat to meat ratio was higher than others we've eaten, but overall this has been our favorite. We were finally able to try a Fronton wine, and I am so happy to report that this restaurant knows how to store wine. It was served at the perfect (appropriate) temperature, and was very enjoyable. One small niggle is that not all the teas are Mariage Frères as listed on the menu. At least some are Damman Frères. Sort of false advertising if you have discriminating tea tastes! All in all, the restaurant is one we would happily return to for a nice meal. Recommended.

24/08/2026: A great value option tucked away in the chaotic Purpan roundabout. The pizzas are large and varied, the lasagna is excellent, and the French toast is a must-try! A few beer and wine options round out the menu, and the service is efficient. There's parking behind the restaurant and a very pleasant terrace. Takeout is also available.

14/07/2026: Discovered this place on Thursday... a very pretty setting, a small restaurant, brasserie, and bar with an old-fashioned feel... I love the atmosphere and the food is very good and homemade. I will definitely return as it was a truly wonderful experience.

08/05/2026: Great jam session, Max is fantastic, and the food is excellent—kudos to the chef. However, it's completely irresponsible to allow customers and even employees to smoke inside the bar, especially in the small, poorly ventilated basement. The waitress confirmed that they allow smoking after 10 p.m. We had to leave because we had such a bad headache from the smoke. We shouldn't be forced to endure secondhand smoke to enjoy a place. I'd like to remind everyone that in France, smoking is prohibited inside bars, cafes, restaurants, and nightclubs, at any time. After the recent tragedies in enclosed spaces, allowing people to smoke cigarettes and cannabis in such a small basement is a real scandal. It's a shame, because the atmosphere and the food were really great.

03/09/2026: It's a really cozy tea room where I go several times a month. The place is calm, pleasant, and warm—perfect for relaxing. I especially appreciate that it closes at 8 p.m., which means you can go even at the end of the day. And above all, the quality of the cakes is incredible! I highly recommend this place. 🤍

31/08/2026: We visited 3 times while we were in Toulouse for a month! Every cake we tried was just amazing. The staff were friendly and the coffee was good and not too expensive. Lots of choice!

16/08/2026: I just wanted to leave a review about a bouncer who spoke very rudely to my group (the first time in all our experiences at Purple). There's a difference between doing your job and being condescending. Please let people speak instead of immediately and aggressively shutting them out for nothing; we're not dogs. Otherwise, most of the bartenders were fantastic. Thanks to them and the DJs for creating such a great atmosphere, as usual.
