16/12/2025: Upon arrival, we received a cold welcome and felt like we were intruding. I had come to this restaurant for coffee with a client I'm supporting through a bereavement. We needed a quiet, comfortable place to talk peacefully. The tables inside were set for dinner service, and we were asked to sit on the terrace, despite the cold. After a few minutes, we had to go inside because the temperature was truly uncomfortable. I then politely asked if it would be possible to sit at one of the 30 available tables inside, explaining that my client was suffering from arm pain and that the cold was exacerbating her discomfort. This request was refused, without any real consideration for the situation. Given that we were offered seats at the bar, where my client indeed tried, somewhat uncomfortably, to sit on a high stool, and where we would have had no privacy to talk since we would have been seated between two people and in front of the woman preparing the deviled eggs! We could have sat at a table and left without any problem as soon as other customers needed to eat… A little understanding and consideration would have made all the difference! We had to leave and continue our meeting elsewhere.

05/02/2026: I was in search of cassoulet in Toulouse. It is one of the famous French dishes from this area. Found Aligot when doing an online search. It is on a busy stretch in the Capitole district filled with restaurants and shops. The restaurant is small and intimate. And there is only a handful of menu items including the restaurant’s namesake item. Aligot is a cheesy mashed potatoes dish. Usually French food has a reputation for being expensive, but I found the pricing to be affordable. Tried the cassoulet here with a glass of red wine and it did not disappoint. Service was also friendly. I will say that you must like the menu to dine here given the limited offerings.

05/01/2026: A lover of aligot since childhood and currently training to be a cheesemonger, I don't think I've ever eaten such good aligot. My parents tried the cassoulet, and it's excellent too. The partnership with the pastry shop for desserts is also a superb idea ;) A big thank you to the team :) And for those of you looking for a good restaurant: this is an address to discover without delay!

11/12/2025: Excellent restaurant with typical local cuisine and a set menu with a wide selection of dishes, all well-stocked and substantial. The dishes are delicious and excellent value for money. The desserts are also delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. Well done 👏🏻😋

01/03/2026: Friendly waiters. The food wasn't exceptional at all. We quickly felt forgotten. Arrived at 7:45 PM -> not served until 9:45 PM, and even then...

26/02/2026: A great find for us, recommended by word of mouth. Excellent evening. Varied dishes, fresh and high-quality ingredients. Welcoming and dynamic team. We'll definitely be back.

02/03/2026: Extremely disappointed to feel ripped off when the set menu is €24 and the final bill is €90... for two people! There was no receipt to tell us what we were paying for. We were offered a cocktail without being told the price, and when we asked for something else because it was too strong for my taste (I only took a sip), we were charged for it anyway... not very customer-friendly! There's no transparency regarding prices. The food was good but the portions were small. There were no vegetarian options! We didn't feel any generosity in the welcome or the service. We were left without bread and weren't given a carafe of water... what a shame!

12/02/2026: Despite the manager's friendliness and the good food, I had a terrible experience. The waitress spilled my pint of beer on me, barely apologizing, and no one offered to clean it up. My clothes and bag are soaked, as is the laptop that was in my bag. I understand it's a bistro atmosphere and everyone is in a hurry, but that doesn't excuse treating customers so rudely. I deeply regret having lunch there and I won't be returning.

Located in the Minimes district, near the city center, the restaurant welcomes regulars and offers a top-notch spot in the neighborhood to enjoy quality meats at very affordable prices. The decor pays homage to the famous film that lends its feminine name to the establishment. Friendly, professional service. Impeccably clean. Thank you for a delicious meal. An excellent experience to share with friends or simply to discover.

27/01/2026: I'm a vegetarian, and yet I really love this restaurant that has thought to offer a complete meal for those who don't eat meat. My friends go there from time to time, and at least I can join them and eat something other than a plate of lettuce (chain lettuce is nice, but a little variety is good too). They offer a rather generous dish with fries, salad, and an assortment of cheeses, all for €17. It's perfect, thank you! Once, I even asked for a dish without cheese, and they accommodated me without batting an eye… As a bonus, the setting and atmosphere are very pleasant, and the staff is efficient and friendly.

The cassoulet is generous, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and bursting with flavor; you can taste the tradition and the quality of the ingredients. The portions are substantial, and the value for money is excellent. Special mention goes to the warm welcome and attentive service, which made the experience even more enjoyable. 25/02/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The atmosphere was relaxed and the waitress was very friendly, as far as I could tell it is a place frequented by locals. We had absolutely no idea what to order as none of us spoke French, so we went with whatever the waitress recommended - everything was excellent, in fact one of our best experiences in Toulouse. 5*
