Impeccable food quality. The bare minimum, you might say, in the restaurant business… but far too rare not to mention when it's found here!

08/11/2025: It’s all about the simple things in life: the short hike up the mountain, the beautiful setting and sweeping views, our dog running across the hills with the kids, and the crunch of warm potato beignets with eggs and Beaufort.
18/09/2025: We loved eating at the Herney mountain pasture. Everything was magnificent: the walk to get there, the environment, the quality of the food as well as the breathtaking view of Mont Blanc! We would do it again!

27/03/2026: This hotel is very pleasant, comfortable, and has a family atmosphere. With only 15 rooms, excellent cuisine, and a breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc mountain range from the room's balcony!
Don't hesitate to stay there!

All the staff are incredibly attentive, pleasant, helpful, smiling, and courteous… kudos to the whole team and thank you for your hospitality, I loved my stay at this hotel!! 😍
