03/09/2024: We stopped to recharge our batteries during our hike, 2 delicious waffles.
The waiter was super friendly and smiling, he even advised us on hikes to do!
We'll come back!
02/09/2024: Un premier séjour au Grand Bornand en juillet avec un déjeuner au restaurant le Châtillon en haut du télécabine du Rosay au Chinaillon. Le second séjour en août au Grand Bornand ne pouvait se faire sans passer à nouveau au Châtillon. Bel établissement avec une belle vue panoramique sur les massifs. Excellent et chaleureux accueil par le personnel. La carte est suffisante pour que vous puissiez votre bonheur gustatif. Tout y est excellent. Les prix sont honnêtes pour un restaurant d’altitude. Je recommande. Tout est parfait.

14/09/2024: Déjeuner en famille dans cette petite ferme, dotée d’une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse ensoleillée.
Les beignets de pomme-de-terre sont EXCELLENT !
Des serveuses souriantes et au petit soin. Le rapport qualité/prix est parfait !

14/03/2024: Very happy to have experienced this restaurant during our winter vacation. We had a lot of fun having lunch there between two slopes. The welcome and the service are great, always with a smile 😃 and what's more, he helps you sit at the table. The dishes change every day and they are very good for a very reasonable price. I recommend this establishment. Above all, don't change anything because it's so rare to be served with such kindness. Thank you very much because you made our stay even more pleasant and for us city dwellers in Paris that makes all the difference.

02/09/2024: Parfaitement bien situé. L’établissement possède des chambres, un restaurant, une brasserie /pizzeria. Une belle terrasse. Le personnel est accueillant. Le service se fait à votre rythme. La carte est donc fournie et vous y trouverez votre bonheur. Les pizzas sont excellentes et en quantité. Les prix sont raisonnables. Je recommande.

14/09/2024: Very pleasant setting, a magnificent mountain chalet, what we are looking for in this region. The order was forgotten, 1 hour of waiting and the hot box arrived lukewarm with the cheese not melted... the waitress complains very often despite the fact that the room was not full. No commercial gesture to compensate for the delay. It's a shame.
The dishes lack character and uniqueness, we expect more flavors for a restaurant specializing in Savoyard cuisine. Not catastrophic but we advise you to try something else!

Very good dishes, and very well supplied! It's worth the prices.
Very good service. Nothing to complain about, we recommend this address!!

23/03/2024: Malheureusement, même pour une oeuvre caritative, nous retrouverons la Patronne de la Floria, toujours autant désagreable, faisant semblant de ne pas reconnaître c'est client mécontent.
Je déconseille clairement ce restaurant. Pourtant, je travail dans la zone . D'autre endroit à conseiller.
Elle prend les gens pour des bêtes.
Sauf les moniteurs ESF, mieux payé que tous. Eux ont des prix ..... 😉👋

12/04/2024: Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour déjeuner au Bon Vieux Temps. L’accueil était très mauvais, pas un bonjour en arrivant, échanges peu aimable avec le serveur, nous avions l’impression de déranger. Ensuite les plats n’étaient pas assez chauds, nous avons du demandé de réchauffer la tartiflette. Nous ne gardons pas un bon souvenir de cette adresse malgré l’apparence qui avait l’air chaleureuse.
12/03/2024: Chalet de montagne parfait pour une soirée de dégustation de spécialités savoyardes.
Accueil TRÈS chaleureux et convivial, nous avons tous passé une belle soirée !!! Nous avons apprécié l’authenticité de ce chalet.
Je recommande à 100% cette adresse.

05/08/2024: Reduced menu which allows you to have mastered, delicious and typical recipes. Pleasant, smiling service and a magnificent setting. Nothing to complain about, perfect. Be careful when booking because there is no advertising, but it is very well known through word of mouth.

24/08/2024: Le restaurant est ouvert seulement l’été . Il faut réserver pour dîner et choisir son menu. Le restaurant est en altitude hors du village donc avec du caractère. C’est une habitation type fermette dans son jus. Le décor est authentique. La cuisine est locale mais extrêmement goûteuse. Les diots sauce vin blanc avec la polenta …juste exceptionnel ! La glace au génépi … superbe ! Allez y si vous recherchez de l’authenticité mais réservez si vous voulez une place.
