06/10/2026: Hello, after discovering the restaurant last January, we returned as a family this summer. We had another wonderful time, and we even had a long chat with the owner. She explained her choice to offer a rather limited menu in order to feature quality products, and the work they do with local producers – very interesting. It's refreshing to find a restaurant that doesn't just serve frozen or supermarket food, and that cares about the food it offers, especially for children!
11/09/2026: A wonderful fondue experience with a magnificent view of the mountains. The service was very pleasant, with a smile and a discreet yet attentive presence.

20/09/2026: Avoid this place if you just want a simple coffee. You can't pay by card. The minimum order is €5, but it's not displayed as required by law. And when you point it out, they openly ignore you. Not nice!

04/10/2026: When I visit Alex, I always stop by, especially for the owner, who is very kind, helpful, and welcoming. I've always eaten excellently whenever I stop by or come to service our customers. I regularly visit this restaurant, which offers a set lunch menu and excellent pizzas; it's always busy, with outdoor seating in the summer.

17/09/2026: Passing through Thônes, what a wonderful discovery this little restaurant was! It's expertly run by dynamic, efficient, and friendly young women! And yes, gentlemen, women know how to assert themselves when necessary! The set menu is more than complete, with a buffet of starters, a main course, cheese, and dessert, all for €16.50! It's hard to beat. The starter buffet is generously stocked, the meats melt in your mouth, and the dessert menu is simply divine... The entire staff is busy and smiling, and their kindness is incredible! A place where it's a pleasure to come and enjoy simple, healthy, and generous cuisine! Thank you again, and best of luck to the whole team! We look forward to returning on our next visit to Thônes!

22/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome for lunch at 3 pm! We had called ahead to make sure they could accommodate us. Our table was set when we arrived. A friendly chat, smiles, and good value for money. We highly recommend it.
07/08/2026: We went there for lunch in July. Our reservation wasn't taken into account, and we felt like we were bothering them. We went back that same evening because no other restaurants were open in Thones. The service was very different and much more pleasant. The two waiters were very kind. A nice touch was the biscuits and bowls of fresh water for our two dogs. The food, although simple, was very good. We'll be back!

On the plate, Chef Philippe elevates the products of Ferme Vonezins with talent, generosity, and creativity. Each dish tells a story of terroir, passion, and authenticity, with that little touch that makes all the difference.

A bit dry.
The waitress was friendly, but the owner wouldn't let me take my Perrier home as soon as I started drinking it because the bottle was returnable. That's petty considering the deposit, especially since I'd already paid for the Perrier at the price I was charged. SO THANKS TO THE WAITRESS FOR THE PLASTIC CUP.
06/03/2026: A place to grab a bite to eat on the way to the ski resorts, but the price doesn't justify the quality. The Reblochon burger was nothing special. A large bottle of water cost €7. At that price, I'd rather have Super La Neige. The atmosphere was terrible. I don't recommend it.

21/08/2024: Après une belle randonnée au départ de Montremont, avec un passage par le col des Nantets puis Talamarche, un sublime refuge vous attend.
Super accueil de la part de Albert et de son équipe.
Petit moment de calme devant la chaîne des Aravis avant de passer à table.
Excellente cuisine, très bonne ambiance.
La nuit aubrefuge fut calme, et au réveil, surprise d'apercevoir les chamois dans la vallée.
