La Bolee
Guillestre
17/09/2026: Excellent food at very reasonable prices. I recommend it.
14/09/2026: A nice, simple little place.
Pleasant welcome. The quality improves when the dishes arrive. You realize the chef has poured all their passion into every dish, from appetizer to dessert, with culinary combinations that rival the best restaurants in the 05 and 04 regions (and I mean it). The quality/price ratio is justified.

O'delices Guillestre
Guillestre
07/09/2026: Jérôme gave us a fantastic welcome; it's truly a pleasure to see people who genuinely enjoy their work and are so incredibly welcoming! See you soon!
27/08/2026: We came at the end of the season, so we had space available. The welcome was very friendly. The place is great with plenty to do inside (table football and billiards) and in the surrounding area. Thanks again.

le guillestrin
Guillestre
03/09/2026: I received a very warm welcome from the team at Le Guillestrin, with a friendly atmosphere in the little alley! The service was quick, the waitress attentive, and the staff very kind! The quality of the food is worth the trip, and the portions are more than generous (especially the tartiflette). I highly recommend it!

Lacour
Guillestre
26/06/2025: No air conditioning in the rooms, a no-go in summer
22/06/2025: Good hotel in a strategic location for us in the French Alps.
With 58 Dutch biker friends we were very hospitably received here with good rooms, good breakfast and very friendly staff.
Also the shower was for me one of the best I have ever had anywhere.
We will gladly come back here again.
