11/05/2026: I'm writing about the experience we had at the restaurant today. The food was good, there's nothing to complain about. The duck was tasty, as was the appetizer, and the portions were large. Despite the high prices, the food is delicious. But the service is unprofessional and makes mistakes when paying, especially the waiter, a young main waiter man. We ordered a 250ml vine carafe, and the bill showed 500ml. I asked why I had to pay for 500ml, and the waiter said he was mistaken. Give us a larger carafe, and I should have seen it, and since we drank it, I should have paid. I don't know anything about carafe sizes! In other countries, you don't get it in carafes, but in glasses or bottles. Besides, it's his fault because he doesn't listen and makes mistakes, and ultimately, the customer ends up paying more than they should. Several customers before us also pointed out that he had calculated the bill incorrectly. The manager should either give him additional training or find someone more professional for the job. The food was tasty, but the service, due to the mistakes and the larger bill, unfortunately left us with a negative impression. People check the bills there !!!

02/05/2026: The staff is excellent with employees that are very polite, including a Portuguese speaking waiter who helped us out. 👏 The food was okay. We got the lunch menu of the day. The entrée was bland and the dessert was not my favorite (but another person in the table liked theirs). The main dish was very tasty, the grilled meats were flavourfull and with nice portions sizes. (Sorry about the pictures I was forgetting to take the pictures before eating hahahah)

01/05/2026: Overall, a good experience, with a pleasant welcome and service. As for the food, the carpaccio starter was good, the cheek was excellent, and the cheese plate was good (the cow's milk cheese was rather bland). The only downsides were the wait between courses and the slightly noisy dining room, but it's still a good place to eat in Lourdes.

24/05/2026: What can I say… there was a huge cockroach in the toilets, we ordered warm goat cheese salads where we didn't get the bacon, even though it was listed in the ingredients. They gave us olive oil as a dressing… it was the worst salad of my life!

22/05/2026: Nice. I wouldn't say it was fast since we were forgotten. Nevertheless, and without even asking, they made a nice gesture: complimentary coffees. The menu was great, and the dessert was beautifully presented. Thank you.

15/04/2026: It was lovely to have lunch at the foot of the golf course, on the terrace overlooking the green. We enjoyed some good food; the children's menus were also good, though a bit pricey. The ice cream was a hit, while the gourmet coffees were rather basic. I can also confirm that we found the owner very friendly.

02/06/2026: Excellent food! My mother and I came yesterday for lunch. The ingredients are local, and the portions are generous. We tried the veal axoa, which was a completely new experience for us and a real treat. The servers are friendly, the food arrives very quickly, I highly recommend it!

12/06/2026: The waiter was disheveled, and the bartender cleaned his teeth with his fingers before pouring drinks with his whole hand. His lack of hygiene was reprimanded. The food was low quality, even pathetic. Really disappointed. Shocked to see that the older gentleman and lady were the most energetic, running around everywhere while the younger ones were moving at a snail's pace.

08/06/2026: Disappointed with the service and the quality of the food. The service was bland; we hadn't even sat down before the (not very friendly) waiter pounced on us with the daily special. He didn't give us time to choose because he kept coming back every two minutes to ask if we'd made a decision (we hadn't even read half the menu...). The salads were tasteless, and the "whole" duck breast looked like half a breast sliced ​​thinly. There was no drinks menu, and a bottle of water cost over €4... we preferred to leave it where it was 😬 The duck foie gras was good, but it should be mentioned that it's flavored with cinnamon, which isn't to everyone's taste, especially for those with allergies... And to top it all off, I won't even mention the tense atmosphere when the staff argued amongst themselves in front of the customers... I unfortunately don't recommend this place; it's a tourist trap to avoid!
