15/03/2026: This is a restaurant we've always had a very good reputation for… unfortunately, you prefer to make us understand that we should leave rather than tell us that you'd like to close… there are better and more polite ways to do this…
07/03/2026: A very bad experience. The restaurant was overpriced for the extremely poor quality. €210 for 5 people (5 courses, 2 starters, a bottle of sparkling water). The vegetarian starter consisted of potato gratin, mashed potatoes, and rice (sic). The main courses were particularly bad; the mussels were inedible and far too overcooked. The fish soup was mediocre at best. In short, avoid this place at all costs; it offers the worst value for money in La Grande Motte. The only positive point is its location on the port.

01/11/2025: I went to get crepes and drinks, €23. I paid by contactless, but the waitress said the transaction hadn't gone through and asked me to try again. I didn't understand. I tried again, and this morning my account was debited twice, and there's no number to call them. That's an expensive crepe!
30/10/2025: Honestly, I used to love this place, but I was extremely disappointed today by the behavior of the person making the crepes. She wasn't very friendly at all, even rather aggressive, which is a real shame as we came often. She hadn't heard our order properly, and ended up making us a chocolate crepe instead of Nutella, insisting we'd made a mistake. Her behavior was truly unfortunate. To err is human.

22/02/2026: It took 30 minutes to be served. No one greeted us upon arrival. The crepes are made with pre-packaged batter. They asked us to pay to leave, and the waffles were frozen. In short, find another place along your route.
22/02/2026: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
We arrived, and after 10 minutes, no one had come to see us. We flagged down a waiter to ask for a menu (we seemed to be bothering him). We ordered a Fuztea and a Bueno waffle. The waffle was taken out frozen right in front of us, put directly into the waffle iron, with a measly drizzle of store-bought sauce, and the price was €5.50!
And let's not forget that we had to ask three times for a glass of water. I think making waffle batter takes 2 minutes, and it's not even peak season! They should change careers if they're going to serve this quality of food.

10/04/2024: Establishment on the beach, very welcoming, top-notch menu and menu, good wine list. Do not hesitate during your visit to Hérault during your summer vacation, La Grande Motte is a stone's throw away, a must-see seaside resort. Good stay everyone HAPPY NEW YEAR 2019.....

18/08/2024: Visiter deux fois, et deux fois enchanté, service très agréable, convivial, souriant orchestré par la maman et sa fille.
Les crêpes au sarrasin sont fines, croustillantes, c’est copieux et avec de bon ingrédients.
Excellent dîner.
18/08/2024: Depuis 40 ans La Flambée n’a jamais démenti un accueil et un service très convivial, humour 👍
Le seul bémol c’est le choix🤭… tout est excellent et copieux. ..
La seule solution c’est d’y revenir. Ce que nous faisons avec grand plaisir pour satisfaire notre gourmandise ´.
Ne changez rien , vous êtes au top

24/08/2024: Serveur pas motivé du tout de par son accueil !!!,quand je lui ai dit que le Spritz n était pas bon il m' a répondu" c'est normal il n'est pas cher" ce à quoi je lui ai repndu" 6 euros? " il m' a dit "écoutez quand je vous parle Madame c'est un Spritz tout prêt dans des gdes bouteilles !!!! Et en finalité brûlures d'estomac....Allez déguster ub Spritz ailleurs!

On ne reviendra plus je ne recommande pas du tout
