13/11/2025: I eat here almost once a week, and it's always a pleasure. The service is quick and friendly, the atmosphere convivial, just the way you like it in a good working-class restaurant. The quality of the food is truly above average for this type of establishment: it's delicious and generous. A simple, efficient, and always enjoyable place. I highly recommend it!

03/04/2026: Very disappointed with the main course; the meat was very tough and therefore not very pleasant to eat.

08/04/2026: We waited an hour before being served and there was no apology. It's just not possible.

26/04/2026: We've been loyal customers for 20 years. Very disappointing. The galettes des rois (king cakes) aren't as good as they used to be. Very dry, with less butter. The frangipane cream is very bland and dry. The Yule logs were good. The bread quality has declined. There are still a few good cakes and some specialty breads that are still good. The service and products no longer live up to the reputation of a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF). The staff is becoming less and less pleasant and looks down on customers. It's really sad. It wasn't like this when Ms. Chouet was here. Disorganized service and overcooked bread.

22/04/2026: It's not bad, but the big problem is when you don't know what's on offer, your turn comes, and you have 5 seconds to choose your sandwich! So, a big suggestion for management: put up a chalkboard outside with the different items (in the queue) so customers can think about what they want! This would also improve the speed of service! That's the main reason I don't come often. Also, the service isn't the most welcoming place...

10/04/2026: I am writing to you regarding one of your employees, a Black woman (possibly named Marie). Her behavior is consistently unacceptable: disrespectful, unpleasant tone, persistent staring, and aggressive behavior towards customers. This is not an isolated incident, but a recurring pattern. I am not the only one who has noticed this: several of my colleagues share the same experience. This type of behavior clearly damages the image of your bakery. It is important that you take action quickly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
