29/08/2026: This was a treat! We had the three course meal for €25 and it was fabulous. We got one of the two unbooked tables for the night at 7.00pm by 8.30 all the tables were full and it was a lovely atmosphere. The starter in particular was exceptional. It's a shame it's not open more often as we had tried to go there earlier in the week. There is only one person who is front of house so the service is a little slow but she worked exceptionally hard keeping everyone served. I would definitely recommend if your in Bourgueil and it's open. Just fabulous!

The meal was impeccable: we thoroughly enjoyed it! The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and generous. A great atmosphere that makes you want to come back.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. I highly recommend it!

06/08/2026: I just got turned away for a reservation using a Wonderbox voucher. They claimed the restaurant was no longer listed on the website, even though it's still there. The person on the phone wasn't very friendly; even if they're closing down, they could be more pleasant.

16/08/2026: A little gem we stumbled upon by chance to end a weekend with friends, and it was a delight. Our VIP table, the warmth and hospitality of the owner and her daughter (with special attention to Patti the dog), the exquisite cuisine, and the perfect wine selection.

10/08/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by the owners of the La Recré bed and breakfast. We called at 7:50 pm on a Sunday—yes, it's possible, but before 8:15 pm! We arrived, received a warm welcome, and were seated on the lovely terrace.
The menu is enticing, and the surprises are what await you when you dig into your plate; there's always a little something extra! At their place, a classic dish hides a subtle surprise in flavor. They also gave excellent wine recommendations. And the friendly, welcoming service makes you want to come back. A wonderful discovery!

22/03/2024: Bon moi qui avait comme référence Metry et là lors de mon passage à bourgueuil je me réjouis et la après l avoir goûté je ne retrouve pas mes références,la vanille est artificielle et concentrée que je trouve insipide ,le prix en individuel a 3 euros 60 me semble pas mérite ,dommage besness IS besness
