29/06/2026: What can I say? Perfect, wonderful, ideal! The food was top-notch, the service pleasant and friendly. A superb welcome.
In short, I highly recommend everything, especially the excellent meal; the main course and dessert were deliciously good. We ate very, very well. Thank you to the whole team for this lovely time. The charming decor creates a pleasant and fresh atmosphere.

27/05/2026: We went just to eat. It was very good and tasty. Very welcoming. We enjoyed it very much.
23/05/2026: Very disappointing. We relied on the reviews before choosing this restaurant. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations; the Jura fondue was really not very good. The charcuterie that came with it didn't really have any flavor either (I don't think it was actually local charcuterie).
As for the service, we really felt like we were intruding as soon as we walked in.

25/05/2026: We came to have a drink with friends and enjoy the sun on the terrace.
We were very poorly received and felt like we were intruding.
All the other tables were served at their tables, but unfortunately, we weren't afforded that luxury.
I don't recommend it; I left feeling angry and disappointed. The staff wasn't very friendly…

08/06/2026: Good local cuisine, a shaded terrace, and a welcoming team, even for motorcyclists who arrived later than expected due to a mountain pass closure.
I really enjoyed my Morteau sausage skewer with cancoillotte cheese and creamed potatoes!

Refused service at 8:40 PM even though the message said we could come until 9 PM.
Avoid at all costs.
They shouldn't complain about struggling to make ends meet!
P.S.: The cook is pleasant.

26/05/2026: A very unique hotel with a fascinating history. The food was excellent, though a bit pricey. Breakfast was very basic. The cheese and cold cuts were rarely replenished. For many, it was just bread, jam, butter, cornflakes, and one type of yogurt, all for €12!

The dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
We had a wonderful time.

07/07/2026: The "mountain chalet" decor is truly stunning. That's what drew us in. Old wood and a small fountain on the terrace. But the wait was far too long; an hour for the daily specials. The service wasn't very professional. The presentation of the dishes was a bit too elaborate, at the expense of the taste. The beef tartare was unseasoned, and the warm goat cheese salad was mediocre. All this for an exorbitant price (€23 for the daily special). It's a shame the promise wasn't kept. I won't be back.
05/07/2026: Beautiful mountain setting. The food is generally good, although we were disappointed by the tartiflette which was swimming in cream with little cheese flavor – a shame for a dish costing over 20 euros.

06/04/2026: One star out of necessity. The employees accept money to let certain customers go ahead of us, even though we've been waiting for an hour.
And on top of that, some are rude. An experience I don't wish to repeat.
