As for the food we ordered, everything was delicious; you could tell it was all carefully prepared.

26/04/2026: We came for the first time with two friends to play golf. We're novices, and we encountered a very pleasant receptionist with short hair who even scolded us because we weren't on the right course. She didn't explain anything, so we left without playing, disgusted.

27/05/2026: We went just to eat. It was very good and tasty. Very welcoming. We enjoyed it very much.
23/05/2026: Very disappointing. We relied on the reviews before choosing this restaurant. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations; the Jura fondue was really not very good. The charcuterie that came with it didn't really have any flavor either (I don't think it was actually local charcuterie).
As for the service, we really felt like we were intruding as soon as we walked in.

08/06/2026: Good local cuisine, a shaded terrace, and a welcoming team, even for motorcyclists who arrived later than expected due to a mountain pass closure.
I really enjoyed my Morteau sausage skewer with cancoillotte cheese and creamed potatoes!

Refused service at 8:40 PM even though the message said we could come until 9 PM.
Avoid at all costs.
They shouldn't complain about struggling to make ends meet!
P.S.: The cook is pleasant.

05/05/2026: A beautiful chalet by the lake, excellent cuisine, and very friendly staff (with whom it's a pleasure to chat and joke...). A restaurant you'll enjoy coming to...and returning to!

26/05/2026: A very unique hotel with a fascinating history. The food was excellent, though a bit pricey. Breakfast was very basic. The cheese and cold cuts were rarely replenished. For many, it was just bread, jam, butter, cornflakes, and one type of yogurt, all for €12!

06/04/2026: One star out of necessity. The employees accept money to let certain customers go ahead of us, even though we've been waiting for an hour.
And on top of that, some are rude. An experience I don't wish to repeat.

24/05/2026: The wait was incredibly long – 1 hour and 10 minutes for a shared starter of snails – which made the main courses take even longer, and the bread was stale... It's a shame, the setting is nice, but despite my years here, it's not improving; on the contrary, it's getting worse and worse.
