28/12/2023: Boulangeri (in French) or bakery (in Spanish), PAUL is a chain that you can find in different places in Nantes. This one, in particular, is very central, just a few minutes from the emblematic Plaza Royale. The place is not very big, there are barely more than 4 tables (it is only inside) but it is very cozy. Everything we ordered was very good and at a very good price. Specifically, we tried the famous Petit Paul (a doll-shaped cake dipped in chocolate) I recommend having it with hot chocolate, a chocolate Neapolitan (pain au chocolat) and a cinnamon paste, it was good but with a chewy texture. All accompanied by a coffee with milk for each one. They treated us very well. It does not have a public bathroom. Recommendable :)

29/05/2024: Nice atmosphere in this small wine bar run by a woman who deftly prepared cheese and ham place that looked nice. Muscadet was quite like an orange wine. Lots of wines by the glass.

20/12/2023: The retro decoration is great, the homemade cocktails are nothing to write home about! Very good ! And the prices are very reasonable! For those nostalgic for the good old days I recommend!

05/09/2024: Really good food, great prices. Would recommend getting there early as from about 12:15 onwards there was a queue out the door of locals grabbing a lunch to takeaway! Plenty of space to eat inside though.

30/07/2024: I put 1 ⭐️because you can't put less! We went for refreshments at this establishment. Next to us, there was a table with 2 people, the latter told us that they had been waiting for more than 15 minutes for us to come and take their order even though there were staff behind the bar. We waited as well and after a while my husband came to the bar to ask them to come take orders. When finally someone deigned to come: no hello, no excuse for waiting, closed face. No consideration for customers. Run away, don't stop when passing by. Disrespectful staff

11/07/2024: We ate there for lunch, the meal was good and plentiful, nothing to complain about there. No problem with cooking, taste or anything. The welcome was ok and overall good. Nothing to complain about this restaurant, apart from the price which can sometimes be a little higher than reality. Other than that no problem. 25/07/2024: Avons déjeuné mardi dans cette brasserie au décor magnifique mais quelle déception ! Avons choisi le plat du jour poitrine de porc de Bigorre grillée, immangeable avec 97 % de gras et 2 bouchées de maigre...heureusement les serveurs ont été compréhensifs et nous ont remplacé ce plat par une viande de bœuf, geste que nous avons apprécié...

22/07/2024: Accueil et service chaleureux. Ambiance conviviale! Lieu très bien décoré sous une belle verrière ! Univers végétal > Canopée !! Plats généreux et très savoureux...avec de belles créations de cocktails pour commencer.

31/07/2024: We ate for lunch. The meal was good, and the dessert excellent. On the other hand, I have never waited so long before being served, which is annoying especially at lunchtime. To save time, we had ordered dishes beforehand. Result: we arrive at 12:25 p.m., we have our drinks around 12:45 p.m. (without accompaniment like peanuts or aperitif cakes to wait because "it's almost the holidays") and entry around 1:25 p.m. Then the main course around 1:50 p.m. and dessert at almost 2:30 p.m. And not a word of apology at the end or a commercial gesture for this delay. I won't be going back there anytime soon.
