29/05/2026: My partner and I went for a charcuterie board and two drinks, and we were brought a board with 4 pieces of charcuterie that were barely hanging on, cubes of mimolette and emmental cheese, practically bought at the supermarket, and pieces of bread. I've never seen such a blatant rip-off.

11/07/2026: It's been almost two weeks since the restaurant closed for "renovations." I hope it reopens soon 🥲 I hope the "renovations" closure isn't a disguised permanent closure... To be continued...

30/06/2026: Four of us ate there and everything was great. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the crepes were delicious. Good value for money.
21/06/2026: Not great, neither the food nor the service.
The restaurant was empty when we arrived; that should have been a red flag.
The galettes were very sparsely filled despite the prices not being low.
And the galettes/crepes were only cooked on one side, so it was sickening to have a slightly raw taste.

Seriously, at no time did I
see him use his right arm while the room was packed. I'm willing to be tolerant, but unfortunately
we came on a Thursday when there was couscous, and unfortunately, a starter/main course for less than 15 euros didn't work
with a burger. In short, 25.40 euros for
a poor burger with disgusting industrial sauce and an all-you-can-eat starter, also industrial, plus
a beer, all that to wait for an hour and a half. Seriously, reconsider...."
The text I just posted is a follow-up to a Facebook post, but they banned me immediately. Seriously, go to Barnabé's, which is nearby, and I'm not from the area at all. I have no interest in trashing a restaurant, just warning future customers. I just usually eat at the Brasserie Luce in Ste Luce sur Loire which is on the opposite side, at least you will know what it is like to be well received and to eat well.

01/08/2026: A very good Breton-style meal (the American-style one), a very good galette (savory buckwheat crepe), but the portion wasn't as generous as some might say, and a very good dessert (the Trinitaise). I'll come back for the Souchen cheese, which was out of stock, what a shame!

17/06/2026: The waiter was very unpleasant. He returned a broken glass and a drink to the bar without even checking. When I noticed the glass was broken, we went to the bar to see him. He practically spilled the drink into another glass. He didn't apologize. Did you even consider his health? Your attitude was contemptuous. Or was it because it was closing time?
You don't take orders at that hour? You can explain that to us; we would have understood perfectly well. We left before closing time. France/Senegal match.
Treat others as you would like to be treated. 😏

06/07/2026: Avoid this company at all costs! Their delivery times are false and unrealistic, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. Their follow-up is disastrous, and their subcontracting is opaque!
In short, if you have time to waste and absolutely no deadlines to meet, avoid them at all costs!

30/05/2026: Arriving at 1:45 pm, the manager told me they were no longer serving, despite the opening hours being until 2:30 pm.
13/05/2026: Good value for money for lunch.
The order was taken quickly, the food arrived quickly, the dishes were good, and for dessert I had a strawberry tiramisu… it was good, but I've had better.

After his dog came to see us, he attacked my daughter and me because, according to him, we had touched his dog, and he wanted to fight.
Avoid this place unless you're looking for a fight.
02/05/2026: The bar staff is fantastic!! Always a warm welcome with a smile, which is always appreciated, even when we just pop in for a coffee during our lunch break!!

08/07/2026: We deeply regret going there. We waited an hour for six samosas that could have been served much sooner, and the service wasn't even acceptable. Anyway, I overheard him complaining. If you don't like your job, change jobs or stay home. I absolutely do not recommend it.
04/07/2026: If there were zero stars, I would have given it -40. I placed an Uber Eats order totaling around fifty euros. The woman from the restaurant called me, saying she had given my order to another courier. She then asked me for the Uber Eats code so another courier could validate the order. I explained that I couldn't give her the code because otherwise my order would be considered delivered, but then I wouldn't be able to get a refund, meaning I wouldn't receive my order or my money back. She told me what to do, it wasn't her problem. In the end, I received neither my order nor my refund. It's a scam; avoid it at all costs!
I was shocked by what I personally witnessed regarding hygiene during my visit. I decided to file a complaint with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) so that the situation can be investigated. If other customers have experienced the same problems, I encourage them to file their own complaints with the relevant authorities.
