It's so cozy in this little hideaway 😀
I tasted a deliciously fragrant...and warm shepherd's pie. The strawberry dessert was equally delicious.

Delicious lunch.
The decor is classic and a little drab for my taste.
A minor point about the aperitif; I would have preferred to be given a menu to choose from rather than being asked what I wanted. But that's a small detail.

18/04/2026: We arrived early, around 7 pm, and received a very warm welcome. The setting is truly lovely, with original and authentic decor. Everything was perfect: the service, the cocktails, the food, the kindness of the hosts. And above all, the cozy atmosphere. We usually avoid noisy restaurants with loud music, but this was perfect—soft background music at a low volume. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Nantes.

The meal was excellent: both sophisticated and generous portions.
The service was impeccable.
The place is full of charm, with superb murals enhanced by perfectly coordinated decor. The overall effect is a warm and very pleasant atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease.
Finally, the staff confirmed, once again, the reputation of the people of Nantes: friendly and very welcoming.

12/04/2026: We opted for the €40 set menu.
The dishes were generous and well-prepared, with a touch of flair. The service was professional, and we enjoyed an aperitif and three courses in two hours, with about thirty people in the restaurant.
The only downside wasn't the restaurant itself, but the parking situation; you're in a large city.

15/04/2026: It's hard to find fault with this restaurant. The menu is well-executed, the mussels are consistently high quality, and all the dishes are excellent. The fries are unlimited, but honestly, I've never needed to ask for more.
The restaurant has a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere, with its exposed stone walls. The service is impeccable, although a little slow at times, but this is by no means a general rule.
A big thumbs up, in any case.
07/04/2026: We had a great time on the patio. There was little waiting and the mussels were very good.
