The variety of Mexican flavors in each dish was surprising and inspiring. The addition of mezcal ice cream was much appreciated. And the mezcal tasting to finish was excellent. Well done 👏

17/09/2026: Dinner was served in the evening. The pâté was excellent. And the calf's head was truly magnificent. Almost too much on the plate 😉 but I ate it all anyway. And with the two sauces…ravigote and gribiche, sublime… and what's more, it was busy and they took the time to ask if I was satisfied. I highly recommend it for everything. 21/09/2026: A very good restaurant near Foch Cathedral. The menu changes regularly according to the seasons, always using local products. The service was excellent and we had a very good meal. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful and the music was great! I recommend this restaurant if you want to eat local food in a small group.

The meal was good, although the price didn't seem justified in my opinion, or perhaps it needed a bit more attention to detail (the gravlax starter was more visually appealing than the crispy reblochon and apricot dish, for example – the folding and presentation were poor – a subtle hint of the interior in the glaze would have been nice). However, the lemon curd dessert was a real highlight. It was good, but I was a little disappointed by the presentation. The dining room itself was beautiful, unique, and well-maintained.
