21/08/2024: A good restaurant with quality products and clarity on the provenance on the menu. It's a real plus.
The food is good, the waiting time is reasonable considering the preparations for the different dishes.
The place is harmonious and the decoration is very neat.
I'm not giving it 5 stars because the waiter (certainly a beginner) didn't know the menu well and lacked a certain amount of interpersonal skills in his responses. Nevertheless, he was very nice.
We will come back, thank you for your work.
19/07/2024: We are regulars at 1 located on the banks of the Loire in Nantes. We went there in July and were once again very satisfied. The restaurant is quiet, the room is pleasant and has recently been redone. The dishes are tasty, made with fresh produce. The service is attentive and efficient. All with very good value for money. An address that we recommend.

17/09/2024: Having come to have a snack with a small child, we were treated to a scene of violence a few centimeters from the little one... a gentleman came by to ask for money and the waiter physically attacked him at our table before gassing him. Never again!
Honestly a shame because the donuts were very good as were the drinks.

A pleasant break to have a beer or a glass of wine on the banks of the Loire after a day of teleworking..

A nice choice of teas, coffees... as well as cold drinks.
And above all delicious pastries, including gluten-free, I love them.
Ideal for a break during a shopping trip, a cinema outing or a teleworking session thanks to wifi.

31/07/2024: We ate for lunch. The meal was good, and the dessert excellent. On the other hand, I have never waited so long before being served, which is annoying especially at lunchtime. To save time, we had ordered dishes beforehand. Result: we arrive at 12:25 p.m., we have our drinks around 12:45 p.m. (without accompaniment like peanuts or aperitif cakes to wait because "it's almost the holidays") and entry around 1:25 p.m. Then the main course around 1:50 p.m. and dessert at almost 2:30 p.m. And not a word of apology at the end or a commercial gesture for this delay. I won't be going back there anytime soon.

18/09/2024: La dame qui gere le restau es hautaine et s’emporte pour une simple question
Ns indique que le restaurant ferme a 14:30 a 13:45 tous est deja ranger on sent bien le derangement et a plusieurs reprise
Quand ce jour je demande sil reste de lavocat la personne s’emporte en pretextant que je pose la question toute les semaine
En effet quand on veut composer sa salade on demande les ingrédients disponibles
Avec les autres membres du personnel RAS
cette dame devrait revoir sa facon de s’adresser au client qui es non justifié ou changer de metier car on voit clairement que son taf la gonfle cest comme tout ranger a 13:30 et dire au client vite on ferme bientot , horaire de fermeture indique 14:30 pas 13:30
