09/12/2025: We understand perfectly well that it's a restaurant and that some people don't appreciate just having a drink. No problem: everyone has their own policy, even the most... rigid.
But how did they tell us? A man who blurted out: "No, we're a restaurant here, you have to eat too." Clearly, the phrase "sorry, we don't have a bar" was either too long or too polite to be on their menu. And when you look at the other reviews, everything becomes clear: the welcome we received seems perfectly aligned with the quality of the food served. At least they have a certain consistency... unfortunately not the kind you expect from an establishment. In short, if you're looking for a place where they make you feel the weight of your presence even before you sit down, you'll find it. For everyone else, it's best to avoid this place where the light of hospitality seems to have gone out long ago.

05/03/2026: A very bad experience at Paradis du Fruit.
Not only did my ice cream arrive with fruit that I wasn't aware was included (and I can't eat certain fruits), but the waitress was also incredibly rude.
Instead of simply apologizing or offering a solution, she spoke to me in a condescending tone and shoved the menu in my face to "show" me that it was written there.
This behavior was frankly inappropriate and very unprofessional. Working in the restaurant industry requires a minimum of respect and courtesy towards customers.
Next time, instead of humiliating people, perhaps it would be wiser to learn some manners.
The person will recognize themselves. They should find another career!
04/03/2026: Very disappointed. 50 euros for two people for almost nothing to eat. The avocado was hard and tasteless, the breaded Camembert had no flavor whatsoever, like plastic, the coleslaw was 80% raisins, and the pitas, the only ones I ate, were a bit dry but the best thing on my plate.
Really very disappointed. 20 euros for this is painful... On the plus side, the drinks were good and the Caesar salad was too.

Des serveurs souriants, agréables..

No welcome, the two waitresses arguing in front of the customers without serving them (we may not be obliged to know all their disagreements...).
The slightly older lady who does not remember an order of 2 products (forced to repeat 3 times) and who throws a dirty plate on my tray….
I won't come back
30/11/2024: Poor queue management. The waitresses have nothing to say, the unfriendly and unpleasant waiter refused my disabled wife to then serve other people in any order. he must change jobs or do a life skills training course.

17/09/2024: I stopped there, exhausted, after a long train journey, to have a simple coffee. Looking for a quiet place to do a video in the afternoon, I asked the manager present for advice when I arrived. I then met an extraordinary woman who took the time to recommend a few places to me, including a very good bakery where I was able to have a good lunch. Life is made of simple pleasure and quality encounters. Thank you for this moment.

09/12/2025: I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to France, and I have to say, the experience went far beyond my expectations. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—one of those places where the longer you stay, the better it feels.
But what impressed me the most was the staff, especially the ladies who take care of the rooms. Their work is nothing short of perfection.
Every day they greeted me with a warm smile, maintained the room with exceptional care, and paid attention to even the smallest details. Professional, kind, and truly dedicated—it’s rare to find service like this nowadays.

27/07/2024: J’y vais régulièrement et cela fait 2, 3 fois que c est moyen et hier soir très déçu , apéro de nems, quatre nems pour 13,01 €, burger façon kefta très cher,Pour ce que c’est et les enfants hyper déçu. Nous avons beaucoup attendu. Du coup pas envie de prendre de dessert très déçu.
En gros chère pour ce que c est

08/10/2024: I was there for a meal during training. Nothing to complain about the staff and the place, however the meal was really bad. Frozen vegetables full of water and tasteless, just thawed, two hard-boiled eggs without sauce when you ask for a vegetarian version, a barely thawed dessert. I really don't recommend it.

16/12/2024: The staff are very welcoming and really friendly. The room is clean, well maintained and fully functional.
The hotel is a little far from Nantes center for people wanting to go to the city center, but a restaurant and a bar complete the package which is very practical when you don't want to go out.
Last but not least, a relatively large car park allows for secure parking.
It was faultless and I had a very pleasant stay.
I won't hesitate to come back 😊
