19/05/2026: A friendly place that fills up quickly due to its location. The menu is classic and the dishes are well presented. However, at lunchtime, the staff tends to rush you, making it difficult to linger and chat after your meal.
05/05/2026: Visiting the Atlantis shopping center with my family, we tried this restaurant and we weren't disappointed: the food was of high quality, meeting all the standards of a good restaurant, with fast service and great value for money! I highly recommend this restaurant!

23/04/2026: Fantastic restaurant! The setting is lovely, and eating outside in this beautiful weather is a real pleasure because the terrace is magnificent.
The dishes are always excellent, truly authentic cuisine with beautiful presentation, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

27/05/2026: Invited to this little restaurant by my son, it was a wonderful discovery. We ate very well; the ribeye steak was perfectly tender. The fruit gratin was excellent, and the little licorice pieces to accompany the coffee were a brilliant idea. Thank you.

Of course! They love life. They love good food and people too (at least, that's what they seem to think ^^ 🤣).
Seriously: the food, the interaction: it's not very common in Nantes ^^ Oh yes: there's the cinema closing at the end of the year. Thirty years in business, but they're going to close down. You should definitely visit it: the decor is amazing ^^.
To conclude: I hate giving people points/rating them because I find it disgusting, even if it's positive, because the consequences can be serious. But: I caved: I'm giving my opinion out of love for life. Their love.

LES TERRASSES DE LA GOURNERIE

28/06/2026: I had booked three weeks in advance for a wedding anniversary and I must say I was quite disappointed, especially by the manager's welcome.
The service was absolutely not what one expects in this type of establishment: no greeting upon arrival, no follow-up during the meal, a carafe of water requested twice, plates left uncleared even after desserts had been served, the same for the aperitif, and a complete lack of attention to detail.
We generally enjoyed the dishes, with one exception: the sea bass tartare, which, although tasty, was far from satisfying our appetite (and it cost €24 for the dish).
What a shame... Our experience was disappointing, and this restaurant did not live up to the standard I expected for a fine dining establishment.
19/05/2026: Birthday meal in a private room. Excellent food and generous portions. A minor drawback was the birthday treat 🎂 which we didn't take as it was too expensive.

Serving Guinness with an unsuitable tap
Honestly, not good, especially at €8 a pint!
The answer: the Guinness had no taste, no texture in either the beer or the head, nothing like a Guinness.
If it's not the tap, then your keg is watered down; I can't see any other explanation.
02/04/2026: The bartender's behavior was unacceptable; she was outraged that my mother-in-law wasn't drinking alcohol in the middle of the afternoon simply because she was in a bar! At what point in 2026 do we question someone's choice not to drink alcohol?
