17/04/2026: We came for lunch, but there was a mistake with the sauce that came with our dish. Nothing serious so far, we pointed it out to another server, but we waited over 15 minutes... and if we hadn't asked another waitress, we would have waited much longer... we had to send the plate back because the meat was cold. Thanks anyway to the waitress (who had been taking care of us from the start) for her quick response to our problem, and to the kitchen for remaking the plate! It's annoying to eat something that's too late and cold...

29/03/2026: I have the impression of having been rushed out, especially since I came for my daughter's birthday; no bread, no salt and pepper, no carafe of water, I had to ask for it.

I think you'll remember us: your pot-au-feu consisted of three carrot slices, small potato wedges, three pieces of uncooked meat, and a greasy, incredibly salty broth... In short, it's nothing like the one in Les Sables-d'Olonne that recommended you to us, and we were extremely disappointed. I'm ready to discuss this further with you, as we did during our previous visit.

12/02/2026: Nothing special for the second time. Although the food was decent, the welcome was still mediocre and the service left much to be desired. The owner needs to delegate a bit more. She should trust the servers, who are undoubtedly competent. It's a series of service missteps, with recurring delays and oversights. There's definitely much more they can do. What a shame!

25/03/2026: Great hotel, beautiful rooms with high ceilings, classically styled and recently renovated. Most importantly: excellent service from all the staff. We were there on business, and the hotel's atmosphere was very relaxing!

03/03/2026: The location is peaceful, the welcome is warm, the rooms are spacious, and the charm is old-fashioned—everything is top-notch. The only downside is the breakfast: the quality of the products (industrial), no more fruit salad at 8:30 a.m., reheated bread, and a limited selection. Having to ask for water to take medication and for butter is also a drawback. The organization needs improvement. Overall, my stay was positive. I'll keep this address in mind.
