20/07/2026: We had a wonderful time! We were touched by the kindness, enthusiasm, and warm welcome of the entire team. The meal was delicious, and the small courtyard at the back is a real bonus, allowing children to play safely. We highly recommend it!

16/04/2026: While in the area for work, we had the pleasure of stopping here for lunch. A very warm welcome and a truly friendly team, all accompanied by an excellent meal. An address we will definitely remember for our next trip to the region!
12/04/2026: We welcomed a group of 15 people after making a reservation. The table was ready, and the service was efficient and friendly. The galettes and crêpes were delicious. A lovely, unpretentious place, just the way we like it.

Reception?? Reserved!? No, we live 800 km away!
Suggested by the Hôtel du Cerf, we went without hesitation.
Customer service: zero.
Expensively priced for a tasteless meal??
The dish, a ribeye that wasn't really a ribeye. Not cooked properly.
Frozen fries, inedible.
Tasteless sauce?
You be the judge if you dare go.

The €38.90 set menu isn't worth it.
The oysters are extremely salty.
For the main course, frozen fries.
And for dessert, industrial pistachio ice cream that tasted like Play-Doh. The cake was cold, not even lukewarm (probably also industrial).
It's clearly not worth the price considering the quality. The service, however, is very good.

04/06/2026: Fantastic experience at V and B in Château-Gontier! The atmosphere is always pleasant, with a wide selection of drinks and excellent advice.
A huge thank you to Baptiste, whose service is truly outstanding. He's welcoming, friendly, attentive, and takes the time to offer advice with great professionalism. It's so nice to be served and assisted in this way, with so much good humor and care.
