22/05/2026: A little moment out of time, a cozy atmosphere, delicious food, a friendly waiter, thank you for this lovely evening!
17/05/2026: The presentation of the dishes was very original and appealing, BUT very disappointing in terms of taste (especially considering the €90 menu):
- The savory panna cottas were tasteless, and even though the sauces added some flavor, it didn't compensate for the lack of flavor in the main ingredients; the morel mushrooms were bland, and the chicken and frog leg combination was tasteless...
- Repetition in the tastings (several dishes were based on panna cotta or shallots),
- Lack of complexity (in many other restaurants, different flavors appear in a single dish; we didn't experience this here).
Several wines in the wine pairing were disappointing. There was no sommelier. The glasses were slightly cloudy...
Finally, the portions were generally smaller than in our other experiences. There was often barely a single bite (and therefore no time to fully appreciate the flavors with a second bite).
From a service perspective, we didn't like the non-alcoholic cocktail (a surprise cocktail; we didn't know what was in it) and asked for a replacement, but we were told there were no other non-alcoholic options. For a restaurant of this caliber, it's very disappointing to have no non-alcoholic choices (although they did not charge for the cocktail).
We finished the bottle of sparkling water, and no one thought to refill it. We finished the bread, and we had to ask for more.
As for the ambiance: not enough light to see what was on our plates. And the building is completely unremarkable from the outside, located on a busy street.

07/04/2026: A huge disappointment. I went there a few years ago and had fond memories, but I was let down on Saturday night.
I ordered a chicken escalope in cream sauce (the only halal meat option, unlike before). The escalope was dry, and the new potatoes were rather bland.
I also ordered a chicken flammekueche, which was nothing special, and a "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts with coffee) that I won't soon forget... only the coffee was good.
A waitress with curly hair wasn't very friendly. She took our order, and I told her to start the flammekueche first and bring the rest later. The result... she had forgotten about us! I waited an hour for the rest of my order because I had to flag down another waitress.
Between the excessively long wait and the unsatisfactory taste, it was a complete disaster for me.
07/04/2026: It leaves much to be desired. I came to this restaurant over three years ago and it was fantastic. I went back recently, and frankly, it's become pathetic. I ordered a pierrade and they brought me a sticky tray; 50% of the meat ended up in the bin. What a waste! I'll never go back.

14/05/2026: An exceptionally beautiful and very bohemian and zen-like place, with refined cuisine from the petit fours to the desserts – everything was delicious. The staff were very professional, and the owners were welcoming and provided very professional and kind service. I highly recommend it.
14/05/2026: A unique atmosphere in a former fortress. A fantastic outdoor area, ideal for larger celebrations or a relaxing aperitif. Excellent food and very good service.

13/07/2024: Le serveur était sympathique. Le chef fait preuve de créativité et porte une attention particulière au soin des assiettes et à la présentation. Plusieurs plats nous ont beaucoup plu (fenouil-Daurade, Maïs-girolles, Brocolis, dessert jardin). D'autres moins : les premières bouchées, fades et dont certaines ne se tiennent pas et se délitent entre les doigts ; le veau trop cuit et sec ; la crème fermière présentée comme une "fraicheur qui prépare le palais pour la suite" au tout début du repas, mais qui en définitive n'a pas du tout cet effet ; les mignardises de fin (une madeleine doit être moelleuse, pas dure). C'est dommage. Trop trop de petites choses viennent gâcher la fête, comme notre table qui n'était pas propre à notre arrivée (cheveux, poils, miettes). Nous aurions préféré avoir une nappe. De plus, les verres sont loin d'être transparents (problème de lave-vaisselle et de calcaire ?). Aucun plat n'était chaud. Tous étaient froids ou tièdes.
Cela laisse un sentiment mitigé car nous nous attendions à l'excellence (pour une note de 315 euros à 2).
30/05/2024: Quand le serveur (très gentil) nous a dis que nous étions les seuls nous aurions du fuir… sur 6 plats et 3 entre-mets, le meilleur d’entre eux n’avais aucun goût et les autres étaient insipides ET trop salé.. un effort sur la présentation et les assiettes mais si le goût n’y est pas cela ne sert à rien… pain surgelé, vue sur la cuisine (j’ai ri en lisant les commentaires type « on entend passer le balais dans la cuisine avant la fin du service » MAIS C’EST VRAI, et on ne s’entendait plus parler à cause du lave-vaisselle). Les vins étaient ouvert depuis longtemps. Dans l’entrée ça sent la grange. Les murs des toilettes s’effritent.
En resumé, nous avons bien rigolé, pas apprécié le repas du tout (un plagia honteux d’un restaurant d’Alsace), et ai été délesté de 200€ pour cela.
