The venue is simply magnificent, full of charm and authenticity. The reception hall, enhanced by elegant and welcoming décor, created a magical atmosphere, exactly as we had imagined. The meal was a resounding success: delicious, refined, and generous. The secular ceremony and cocktail reception were organized with great professionalism, in a friendly and moving atmosphere. A huge thank you to the staff, who were fantastic from beginning to end: available, attentive, kind, and very professional. 05/06/2026: Hello, we tried Le Balsamique with the set lunch menu for €21. Very reasonable price and excellent value for money. The cuisine is refined and flavorful; it's good and simple. There's a real mastery of cooking the fish, which was excellent. We were disappointed by the lack of a sommelier to advise us, and the wines by the glass were unremarkable, which is a shame. I would describe the restaurant as good, without being gourmet. The starter was simple: fresh goat cheese topped with nuts and a parsley pesto. The service was very friendly, if a little rushed, with the waiter running around. The dessert was good, but also simple. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for its lunch menu. I haven't tried the dinner menu.
