05/09/2026: Very nice restaurant, the staff are very kind and pleasant, really inexpensive, very good value for money, I highly recommend it if you want to have a pleasant time.
22/08/2026: We saw this restaurant on TV in "Kitchen Nightmares" with Philippe Etchebest a little over a year ago, and since we were on vacation, our route took us just a few kilometers from La Ferme des 3 Louches, so we decided to stop by!
The food is simple but very well prepared, using only fresh ingredients (which is rare in many restaurants these days)!
The welcome and service are warm and professional, with a smile, and the wait between courses is reasonable! The prices are quite reasonable for this type of establishment!
In any case, my partner and I had a really good time, and we'll recommend this restaurant to our friends and family if they're ever in the area.
We're happy to see that they've finally turned things around after the show; they did it!

02/02/2026: We celebrated our wedding on October 25, 2025, at Ferme Saint Chrysole in Wambrechies, and everything was absolutely perfect.
The venue is simply magnificent, full of charm and authenticity. The reception hall, enhanced by elegant and welcoming décor, created a magical atmosphere, exactly as we had imagined.
The meal was a resounding success: delicious, refined, and generous.
The secular ceremony and cocktail reception were organized with great professionalism, in a friendly and moving atmosphere.
A huge thank you to the staff, who were fantastic from beginning to end: available, attentive, kind, and very professional. Thanks to the entire team, we experienced an unforgettable, stress-free, and emotionally rich day.
We wholeheartedly recommend Ferme Saint Chrysole for an exceptional wedding 🤍✨

06/09/2026: We had dinner at the little inn, enjoying an all-you-can-eat smoked raclette. The experience was so incredible that superlatives can't do it justice! The service was impeccable, and serving yourself directly from the cheese wheel was a real treat! I'll be back as soon as I can!

The lunchtime service was impeccable and very quick.

12/07/2026: Hello. Second visit to Balsamic. We were disappointed. Minimalist menu. The servers, although friendly, seemed overwhelmed. No details about the dishes. We had a starter to share. It was okay (burrata) with the aperitif. However, the main course was disappointing: Minion steak and vegetables. The vegetables were waterlogged and covered in sauce. The water and sauce mixture didn't hold its shape on the plate. It wasn't appetizing. The Caesar salad was nothing like a Caesar salad: three baby gem lettuce leaves cut in half, one egg cut in half, and a few cherry tomatoes. €23 for the salad. A bit pricey for salad and an egg. They should really reconsider the name of this salad. This place also needs some tidying up. We were seated on the terrace next to an unkempt area. I think a trip to the dump is in order; the ambiance and appearance clearly warrant some attention. To finish, we had a double espresso. It tasted like a coffee infusion. Served in a tiny bowl. In short, we were disappointed with this meal.
