10/10/2026: A good restaurant with excellent value for money: amuse-bouche, starter, intermission, main course, dessert, and petits fours for €30 at lunchtime. We enjoyed the food and the efficient service on the shaded terrace.
This is our second visit, opting for the €52 set menu with the large cheese platter, and it was excellent once again.
27/09/2026: The food was good and well-prepared, and the service was perfect.
The ambiance, however, was far too cold: no soft lighting, no fireplace (you'll probably say it's too warm), no background music. I found it a bit impersonal, but the worst part was the reception. Honestly, for a fine-dining restaurant, I think the receptionist completely lacked basic courtesy. For that reason alone, we won't be returning. What a shame.

13/08/2026: A superb tea room, warmly welcomed by the passionate and engaging Sylvie. We came to enjoy tea for a mother-daughter afternoon!
You step inside, and time seems to stand still in this relaxing and pleasant place!
We each had a perfectly brewed tea and some delicious cakes of the day! Then, with the warm weather, we also enjoyed a very fragrant iced infusion!
We'll be back soon for another relaxing moment!
06/07/2026: An incredible shop, brimming with gift ideas for yourself or others, combined with an excellent tea room where you can discover delicious teas expertly prepared and accompanied by delectable homemade cakes (other hot and cold drinks are also available). And all this with a warm and welcoming atmosphere! A place not to be missed!

17/07/2026: Excellent training center, with outstanding instructors, especially Chef Jeudy, Chef Holleville, and Chef Paris, who guided me through five years of culinary training. A huge thank you to the director, Ms. Dupont, for the opportunity she gave me and all her support. A beautiful establishment and a very nice training restaurant.
I highly recommend it for training or simply for enjoying a meal and a pleasant experience!
17/07/2026: A fantastic training center! Apprentices receive excellent support throughout their training, with a dedicated and attentive teaching team. The guidance is top-notch, the atmosphere is pleasant, and everything is done to ensure the apprentices' success.

09/04/2026: We spent two nights at this hotel. The room was clean, as were the bathrooms. The view overlooking the Oise River is delightful, especially in the morning when you open the shutters! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is ideal for visiting the surrounding area (Chantilly Castle, Royaumont Abbey, among others).
We will definitely return!
03/04/2026: A magnificent place off the beaten track… just a stone's throw from the north of Paris…
The welcome is fantastic, the hotel is impeccably maintained in a serene setting (on the banks of the Oise River)… a truly restorative calm.

28/01/2026: The bartender who was there this morning from 11am to 12pm was very helpful and efficient, and he even caught up with us in the parking lot to give us a charger we'd forgotten. Thank you to him.
18/01/2026: We had a lovely stay. The room was large, spacious, and very pretty. It had a magnificent view of the garden. We had dinner at La Causerie. Many thanks to Enzo for the delicious cocktails and his friendly manner.

20/09/2026: The food was very good, but... don't be in a hurry! 30 minutes to order, 30 minutes for the main course... and 30 minutes for dessert!
This was my first time here, and it wasn't a success.
I don't know if I would recommend it or if I would go back. Form your own opinion. I wouldn't want to influence you in the wrong direction.
13/09/2026: Friendly welcome, pleasant and efficient service. Good brasserie-style food. The dining room was a bit noisy.

16/05/2026: I don't usually leave reviews, but I was quite disappointed with our stay.
My partner and I are used to staying in high-end hotels (especially these past few months as we've been looking for an exceptional venue for our wedding), and unfortunately, a few things let us down:
- We couldn't get a table at the restaurant in the evening. We hadn't been informed in advance that a reservation was required, nor that the restaurant was already full. We found out around 7 p.m., and the reception staff seemed rather cold (the receptionist offered no help and was quite unfriendly). We therefore had to urgently find a restaurant open on a public holiday, even though we had planned to stay on the property.
- There was no refrigerator in the room, and only one bottle of water was provided. These are small details, but in this type of establishment, they make a difference.
- No help with luggage, which is quite surprising for a 4-star hotel (we were used to always having a valet at other establishments of the same type).
Overall: the castle itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, we expected a certain level of comfort that we didn't find (in terms of service, staff shortages, attention to detail, etc.).
