Running a business means knowing how to treat your customers properly, otherwise you close and do something else.

16/03/2024: Every time I come there… it’s an olfactory pleasure!!! And discoveries… frankly, I don’t know what’s not good about this establishment!?!! The 3 strawberry jam… killer! I tested strawberry jams, I was always obsessed with Michalak’s “Strawberry/Violet”, but Tholoniat’s is to die for! It makes you crazy with deliciousness!!!! Their pastry flan tasted recently: better than that of Poilâne which I have revered for a long time! Absolute perfection! The pastries, the bread and the discovery loaves… this place is crazy! So, lovers of pleasure and excellence, go for it! Go for it!! Customers for several years, I have never been disappointed! 😉👍💙✌️

11/02/2024: I went for the first time to the pancake evening on February 2. Good music. Friendly atmosphere. Contrary to some comments, having a drink doesn't seem that expensive to me. We can see that they are mostly regulars. I went back the following week. Always very good music. Always regulars. With time I might become one🤭. And I like the boss.

30/03/2024: Both the server and the dishes are reheated in the microwave. A place as flat as its cuisine and especially its wines, the height for a restaurant called Burgundy. No point, to pass.

25/03/2024: I recommend. Good value for money. Interesting starter-main-dessert formula. Delicious crispy goat cheese. Beef tartare and profiteroles a little disappointing however (not homemade fries and hard choux pastry). Very good service

Good atmosphere, the house policy is indicated on slates (minimum credit card 10€, and food outside the establishment is not authorized), not very difficult to respect... Too bad that sometimes, people with bad intentions leave false reviews.. .

20/01/2024: Nicest owner in Paris. I was there last night, it was dark and I broke my glass. The owner - without asking - heard the noise, he came to put the glass away AND he brought me a small glass to replace the ones I had dropped. He had no obligation to do that, it was incredibly cute. It's a really nice bar, thank you x

23/04/2024: Total Rip-Off, Zero Service! My father visited this establishment today, and what a disaster it was! Not only did they charge an exorbitant 3 euros 50 for a drink, but they conveniently failed to mention that they only accept card payments, which was hidden away in some obscure French text. My father ended up paying a full 10 euro which was the minimum apparent amount, and what did he get in return? Absolutely nothing! The lack of transparency and customer service is appalling. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy being swindled with zero remorse.

25/02/2024: SCAMMED 2 cappuccinos €11.50 I drank cappuccino from other parts of Paris id I always paid €2/3 per cappuccino as if that wasn't enough the cappuccinos were disgusting cold milk and this strange foam on top, plus an old man with a newspaper nearby said to the waiter ironically as if to say heh 2 cappuccinos

04/04/2024: We went here in March for my birthday. I was on holiday with my bro. We had a bit of a wait which was expected as we knew It was one of the most popular places in Paris. We arrived and were instantly accommodated for. The sommmelier asked us what we would like to drink and we said a list of wines that we liked and entrusted him with a choice for us. The bottle did not disappoint at all. perfect choice. Food wise it was immaculate. Swift, quality and delicious food came quickly and as soon as we had finished our previous course. As well as the high quality of the service and the food; the vibe was immaculate. Candlelit, chill, accommodating and pristine vibes made our amazing dinner that bit better. Thank you so much !

01/04/2024: We came after watching Action Bronson's videos on YT. Best restaurant in Paris, without fail. Originality raised to another level. Every X weeks they bring a chef from one part of the world to cook. We had a chef from Seoul and the truth is that we loved all the dishes. Greetings to Elias! A crack like all the staff. We will be back!
