04/04/2024: I was loyal and satisfied with this coffee because it was perfect,
there is a change of ownership, the new team is unpleasant, borders on outrage and a total lack of respect. (I asked can you speak nicer, the answer: I don't care)
I will never go back there again
Honestly bad experience.
I strongly advise against going there.
PS: I'm not the type to say my opinion but here, enough is enough.

06/03/2024: The Royal 11 is an institution of the 11th, on the one hand by the kindness and welcome of Nabil and Sab the brothers and their staff, the sfrérots are two good pastas, the jazzy atmosphere sometimes a little rock welcomes you, the quality of the cuisine. A legend says that it is the best couscous in Paris. I will say come and taste the legend; I had a Royal couscous, each meat was succulent. Of course other dishes are on the menu, there is something for everyone. Come, the Royal 11 is not just a neighborhood bistro, it’s Le Bistrot de Quartier; They even organize musical evenings.
You'll understand, I'm won over, but shh don't tell everyone ;)))

04/04/2024: Friendly bistro. Pleasant cuisine but nothing more, Parisian prices. Trendy-friendly clientele. Very kind and attentive staff. The biggest drawback for me is the noise in the room, which is beyond what I can stand.

07/03/2024: We were welcomed with smiles and kindness with our grandsons this afternoon. Well seated in a corner of the restaurant we enjoyed excellent fresh cuisine. Special mention to the butternut puree 😍.
We left feeling satisfied and very happy with this gourmet stopover.

09/05/2024: The dinner was truly delicious and very original. The only criticism is that our main dishes arrived rather lukewarm. That said, that didn’t stop us from loving everything we tasted. The service was impeccable as well as the always pleasant setting.

07/02/2024: Since the change of owners 8 years ago, the kitchen has not improved. On the contrary, it has gotten worse and has become 100% industrial, with the dishes coming directly from the METRO supplier. The butcher's cut is without any flavor and defrosted for the day. The fries are frozen and inedible, the desserts even worse, industrial frozen food and exhaustive prices 20 euros (main course + dessert) lunch menu.
We wanted to try again a second time since the change of ownership, thinking of an improvement, but we came back even more disappointed....besides, there were few or no customers in the dining room...which goes to show that catering is like sport , you don't change a team that wins (in mediocrity). To flee...

11/05/2024: J'ai mangé plusieurs fois dans ce restaurant c'était très bon et copieux. Avant. Au mois de mai je m'y suis rendu avec des amis la carte avait changé, le menu servi très petit fritte viande et café gourmand 1 crème brûlé et 1 tout minuscule gâteau et 1 toute petite crème. C'est honteux et le prix reste inchangé et très cher. Je n'y retournerai plus
Restaurant à éviter.
Le chef Etchebest devrait venir y faire un tour.
