04/04/2024: I cannot recommend this place enough!!!! Google says it’s the best steak frites in Paris and so do I. The sauce is incredible 🫶🏽

04/04/2024: The food was good, but not great — did not live up to the hype, nor do I think the high prices are justified (I had better food the night prior at a bouillon.) But mostly I was horrified by the customer service (or lack thereof). We were ignored for a full 20 minutes when we sat down — we weren't even offered a menu or water. The waiters seemed to have been purposely ignoring us — seemed as though they were purposely avoiding eye contact and acting busier than they really were. We eventually had to flag down a male waiter, who was nice enough, but the female waiter (glasses, hair in a bun) who was bringing out the food was SO rude (and I come from a French family so this isn't a matter of me being shocked by French attitudes). I would make a comment to my mother in law and the waitress assumed I was talking to her, and answered rudely. I will not be recommending nor returning! Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place — plenty of other places to go with better food and nicer, more attentive staff.

04/04/2024: Not bad bread but expensive and tasteless pastries. I took a finger voltaire for 4.6 euros, a soft shortcrust pastry, tasteless chocolate mousse and chocolate coulis; It only tasted like sugar, but not chocolate. The seller and the saleswoman were nice but that doesn't make the pastries good.

01/04/2024: disappointed with the service, the person who served me was cold, I did not find him smiling or even kind but rather drunk and haughty. Plus I repeated twice an almond pain au chocolat but ultimately realized later that she had given me an almond croissant instead. Even in the way of expressing himself at the time of checkout, a really unpleasant person who doesn't make you want to come back at all. Note that this is the first time that I have gone so far as to leave a review on Google.
