14/09/2024: Accueil à la limite du manque de respect. Je commande un succulent, on entend un flan ? Une personne qui m accompagne demande un chocolat chaud au lait végétal, on lui dit y a que lait d amande, ok et au final quand on lui sert et elle demande si c'est bien au lait végétal "ah ouais nan j'ai oublié " ..... Quand on demande une cuillère pour manger le succulent "faut voir avec ma collègue la bas".... Bref vu les prix on s attendait à un service de meilleure qualité. Quand au succulent pistache, il est bon mais écœurant et pas pratique à manger... par contre éclair café et cookie nickel. Autrement dit, bonne adresse pour un snack mais pour le service vraiment installez vous ailleurs !

12/08/2024: Nous avons pris une salade au premier abord très alléchante : « salade d’été », « avec des produits frais et sains ». Celle-ci était composée de melon, mozzarella, salade et tomates. Ravis de découvrir une forte odeur bien désagréable lorsque nous avons enlevé le couvercle. Le melon était bien loin d’être frais (pour ne pas dire périmé), et la salade immangeable. C’est scandaleux !

03/09/2024: Mind-blowing!! We were ashamed throughout the meal to receive our family like that (christening of our daughter, 27 place settings). I was angry from start to finish. Unfortunately, I made my guests feel my stress and anger. A catastrophic service because no staff and obviously unqualified staff. The food was simple but good quality so that's ok. But we bring you 4 different starter dishes to share. So out of 23 adults not all could have a part of melon or a part of burata. Beef ribs to share… we waited a good 15 minutes for these to be cut! Just one poor man who wasn't qualified to cut these big pieces! 1 dish of garnish to rotate for 23 people! No ice cream for children despite the menu proposed and validated with the group manager. I confirm that the establishment is old and that no investment has been made since the purchase. The toilets are not welcoming, especially when you see a black box against rats between the sinks... I didn't see a place to change a baby. And let’s talk about the path to this restaurant! Come with your all-terrain 4X4, especially not your Ferrari! Never seen potholes like this even when traveling in Asia! What a shame not to plug these holes with the turnover that this place must achieve. ++ setting is what makes the restaurant attractive, alone in the Bois de Vincennes. I really should have listened to the feedback I had heard since this restaurant was taken over by the Le Perchoir group. We waited exactly 1 hour to get the children's 4 steak fries. Never seen before! And yet we have restaurants with our children!! 15 minutes to get a new bottle of champagne because only 3/4 of the guests were served after 40 minutes. The waitress had left to serve tables in the restaurant in the meantime. Bottles of juice and hot water upon our arrival. The small aperitif reception lounge not installed despite confirmation from the manager at 10 a.m. answer: didn't have time! Nothing to nibble on as an aperitif. We found out at midnight the day before that he couldn't do anything! surprising for a restaurant that welcomes groups! So it's 2:45 p.m., it's 27 degrees, we're drinking champagne and our heads are spinning with nothing in our stomachs for hours. Great! Conclusion: don’t book for an event! And I would even say don't book at all. Have a drink ok! And what a shame because we have known this place before. I would like to point out that we received a discount after our complaints. Which seemed logical and fair to us, but the damage was done in all cases.

01/09/2024: Had to walk quite a distance to discover that the place is closed already at 20:50. The website hour was 22:30. Long walk for nothing.
