07/09/2024: There were 4 of us this Friday, September 6 and we were notified that a very bad smell was present in the corner of the terrace where we were. The waiters refused to move our tables because there were 4 of us and not 6. The remaining free tables were 6. Good customer service should care about the well-being of customers and not insist on the number of people per table. we understand that this can be difficult in rush hours. We were very disappointed even though we have been working professionally with them for several years and there had been no problems in this regard.

01/09/2024: Almost charming staff except for this waitress who asks people of color to lower their voices in a very inappropriate way while other customers continue to shout louder than the music. Very annoyed by this behavior which may imply a targeted message.

19/06/2025: The waiter refused to take our order for over 20 minutes. On top of that, we were charged €10 for a cappuccino, and he didn’t even provide a receipt, despite us asking for it. Instead, he just took the money and put it in his pocket. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior.

05/12/2024: No hello, no goodbye, let’s not even talk about a smile…. But just “you are a Frequent Flyer, and not The Club so you don’t have access” and that’s it!! I am indeed a Frequent Traveler and I was traveling with a first class ticket, I can imagine that these are two reasons enough to have no friendliness. What a great sense of service!!

29/11/2024: Good morning, I wanted to share my opinion on the frequent traveler lounge at Gare de Lyon. Having been a loyal customer for several years, I come to the salon about three times a week and my last experiences have been disappointing with a new host. During my last visits to the lounge, I was greeted in a particularly cold and unpleasant manner by the host, with the impression of being a nuisance because she was often on her phone. I was faced with a distant and unhelpful attitude and I couldn't even work in peace because everyone was talking out loud without the host's intervention, this greatly affected my usually positive experience because the living room is among my favorites in terms of cleanliness, decoration and services Alexis.

26/09/2024: I am writing on behalf of around ten old friends, residents of the neighborhood for over 10 years (if not more for some!). Le Bistrot du Coin (or as we affectionately call it, le HQ) has been our go-to bar since 2015. Despite a change of ownership, the quality of both the welcome and the menu has not declined, the food is very good, the decor is very nice and we are always delighted to find the staff there, smiling, professional , adorable all for a reasonable price for Paris. In short, this bistro is our reference in the neighborhood, and we therefore enjoy meeting there for long hours several times a week. Beyond the quality of the menu and the staff, a big advantage of Bistrot du Coin is its enormous terrace, paradoxically rather quiet for the neighborhood, an undeniable advantage compared to other cafes in the area. As good Parisians, we enjoy enjoying our meals, brunches, coffees and more outside, whether it's raining, snowing or windy... Usually! Only downside: we noticed that the tarpaulins on the terrace were probably as old as our habits in this bistro, and in a city where it rains VERY often, this is a real problem, since we systematically finish (we, the tables, the chairs... And the dishes) by being wet... Not great on this point! We will come back very soon with great pleasure, hoping to be able to keep our habits on the terrace.

27/08/2024: When asked about gluten-free options, not only did they not have the allergens list (which is mandatory), but the waiter said is a disdainful tone “I’m not a doctor”. Never going back to this place again.

07/09/2024: Cheap bar with plenty of space, it's rare in Paris!!

30/08/2024: Bar where you can drink drinks (the cocktails are good) and eat cheaply (don't expect great cuisine but it's still good value for money with burgers, pizzas, salads). The service is friendly, the customers are pretty young and cool and it's well located in Bastille.
