01/04/2024: Can I give this place 20 stars?! Just wow, is all I can say to describe our amazing experience! Chef Jerome, also the Owner, makes sure every guest has the ultimate experience... from the appetizers to the drinks and the mouth watering entrées. I kept repeating "Oh My God" with every bite. We just so happened to stumble on this place after visiting the light show of the Eiffel Tower, and swear this was one of the best restaurants we experienced while in Paris!! Our sever Tommy was the icing on the cake, with his exceptional service and sharp humor... Tres Magnifique!!

01/04/2024: We visited for dinner and I had reserved a table well ahead of time. We were looking forward to the dinner because I had read so many raving reviews. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While the service was great, the food we had was not enjoyable. The risotto, which was really the only vegetarian entree on the menu, lacked any kind of richness or depth in flavor and was watery. The cod was overpowered by flavor and spice on the other hand. There’s so much good food in Paris, you’d be better off going to a boulangerie and picnic-ing by the Eiffel Tower.

01/04/2024: The night tour of Paris while tasting delicious food is a great experience. The welcome is perfect and the service impeccable. Very nice surprise for the kitchen, we didn't expect to eat so well. Don't hesitate, it's definitely worth it.

09/03/2024: The decor of the place is quite pretty but I was quite disappointed with the food…. Tuna tataki as a starter> very very thin strips just placed on a large plate….I took the salmon and its “vegetables” to continue> the salmon was small and the vegetables corresponded to a kind of salad also not very generous. As we are in a 5 star hotel, we expect a little more quality on the plate (even if it was still good). If you stay at the hotel why not but not to spend an evening there.

30/03/2024: We only went to Bauhinia twice. Once to celebrate a baby shower and another to try Christmas tea time. Twice, I left the experience disappointed. For the baby shower, we chose the vegan menu so that the pregnant person could also enjoy it. It's good that this option exists but I found the food bland. This is why I gave Bauhinia tea time a second chance but the normal menu is also bland. In addition, the service was not the best. We had reservations but when we arrived, the table was not ready and we waited 30 minutes before being seated. During the tasting, we didn't often come to see us to ask if we needed anything, we often ran out of water. A disappointing experience for this grand palace.

28/03/2024: Take the time to open the door to sit down in this superb Art Deco decor to enjoy marine cuisine. The service is impeccable, chic and present without being obsequious. A very beautiful and good table

20/03/2024: Very welcoming establishment, the waiters and waitresses take great care of you. The brunch buffet is very generous and varied. Great experience in a setting that is celebrating its 100th anniversary.

28/03/2024: Exactly how one imagines a small French Restaurant: cozy , pleasant service, with a limited but varied menu of simple but tasty French dishes. I dined here two evenings in a row. It was that enjoyable. The beef and duck were of good quality, cooked as requested and served with sauces that accented the flavors. If I was staying longer I would have come back and tried the fish as well. The desserts seemed to be homemade, the house wines were well chosen and the prices appropriate for the level of quality in Paris.

The service is impeccable with pleasant, welcoming, attentive and professional staff. It was thanks to a friend that I was able to enjoy this exceptional moment of gastronomy and the Art of Living. I highly recommend the Astrance restaurant for lovers of gourmet cuisine!

06/04/2024: friendly welcome, the teams are attentive and efficient. One of the restaurants in Paris that offers some of the best meat in the city. The truly good French bistro. The only downside is the high volume of the ambient sound, but that won't stop me from returning with pleasure.

05/04/2024: Me and my husband had dinner here (degustation menu) last week. I waited for one week but the memory of how bad our meal was here is still etched in my mind. The food was really sour, and I mean unopposed sour, not like appetizing sour. From appetizer to dessert, everything was either excessively sour, or very salty. I can usually handle strong flavors, but during our meal here, the flavors were way out of proportion, I could barely taste anything else. Service was so so, waiters and waitresses were not rude, but they seemed unhappy in their job, had a fake smile that made us feel uncomfortable. To their credit though, they seemed helpful when you needed it. A table nearby had a guy proposing to his girlfriend, the waiters seemed quite helpful to the guy proposing. View and atmosphere were good, could see the eiffel tower from most tables. But all in all, for me and my husband, this was easily the worst meal in our 2 weeks in France, even without considering the price. Then there's the price issue as well.... 一句講曬, 伏. 除非你鍾意濃酸濃鹹. 我老公成日話我食野重口味, 但呢度真係好好好酸同好鹹.
