21/07/2026: A very kind gentleman. I went to see him several times to have my keys duplicated and my belt shortened, among other things. His work was always quick and of high quality.

28/06/2026: Sloppy and unprofessional work. I entrusted my Arena pool slide to them for re-gluing the strap. The quoted price was €8. The result after 2 or 3 uses: the strap has come unglued again. I clearly specified that it was for use in water. A minimum of professionalism would have dictated that the surface be cleaned and scraped before gluing to ensure a lasting bond. None of this was done. Charging €8 just to apply glue... How can they be so negligent? If shoemakers are the worst shod... this guy proves the adage wrong... I'm living proof.

31/07/2026: Good evening. My friend and I wanted to use the restroom because my friend has diabetes. The bartender allowed my friend in but categorically refused me, saying in a haughty tone, "Your friend doesn't need to use the restroom because she doesn't have your disability." I find this particularly shameful. We are women with bladders much smaller than men's, and my friend has a disability that requires access to a toilet. How can anyone even consider leaving her alone? This is what we allow: denying access to basic human needs. In short, please know that there are far more humane places than this where you can eat in peace. Wishing you all a very good evening, and hoping that one day we can live in a more humane society. I did some research and found: Assistance: The bar's argument ("You're all alone, you don't need your friend") is unacceptable and illegal if your friend needs assistance. If a person with a disability or who is unwell needs to be accompanied (for assistance, safety, or simply moral support in the face of hostile staff), the accompanying person has the right to enter with them, even if they are not making a purchase, as they are an integral part of assisting the person in need. Staff behavior: Even if you were not technically customers, staff have no right to be rude, aggressive, or humiliate people, especially when faced with a health-related request. This is a matter of courtesy and the duty of hospitality. A polite refusal ("Sorry, this is reserved for customers") is legal; verbal abuse is not. I leave it to you to assess the situation. 31/05/2026: Unbearable security guard, charcuterie boards paid for but never served, 3 beer taps not working... and a forgotten reservation. Avoid on Fridays!

23/08/2026: After a long walk, I stopped in front of the restaurant. I liked the setting, but unfortunately, the crêperie next door asks its customers to sit on the terrace while waiting for their crêpes, especially when there are groups of kids causing a ruckus. They supposedly told the crêperie next door would make their customers wait on the restaurant's terrace, which I find ridiculous. So, I didn't appreciate it, and that's why I gave it a bad rating. The food was quite dry, which is really what you need for a brasserie.

22/08/2026: I had such a fantastic experience here! The location is truly majestic, and the atmosphere was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect!

05/07/2026: I would have given it a lower rating if possible! The manager was disrespectful and literally kicked us out during our birthday party because we apparently weren't spending enough... claiming he expected over €20 per person, even though there were 20-30 of us (who had been drinking) in a small space (where he couldn't have squeezed so many people without them all knowing each other). He was rushing people individually! The music (which we had planned) was refused. The glass of Ricard was stingy (maybe a third of the usual egg-shaped glass). The manager even came to rush us to the restroom (we were definitely not taking our time). If he only wants heavy drinkers and birthday parties on match nights bother him, he's under no obligation to take reservations. Clearly this is not the first time this has happened to them... they should think about warning people of the expected amount, or stop taking reservations, rather than being guided by contempt for customers.

05/07/2026: We booked for a birthday party and the owner was absolutely unbearable. He was incredibly rude and pushy about the drinks, and we had to leave for no reason. Honestly, if you're planning a reservation or a meal, avoid this place.

16/08/2026: Arrived at 7 pm. Left at 7:20 pm... Very limited choices for appetizers and desserts. Drinks weren't cold, and most importantly, there was no air conditioning. It was stiflingly hot inside. I wish the employees, who only have one standing fan, all the best.

25/07/2026: Food is ok. Nothing exceptional. Lived in the neighborhood for 4 years the owner is just a handful... Don't go if you look for friendly staff. Judgement by the face. Pretty weird.

30/05/2026: Best bar in the neighborhood… 🤩 Authentic… frequented only by regulars and connoisseurs. A true bistro with a bistro soul and an extra touch of soul! A home-like welcome… Dolores is exceptionally warm and full of life… she welcomes you into her home as if it were her living room. We respect her rules and her frankness for a great time 🙌 Her tapas (when still available, depending on the time) are excellent, generously made with good, quality ingredients and love, and her drinks are generous. We love it 🫶🏼
