13/12/2024: I went to Martin’s cellar last night with a group of around fifteen friends. We were entitled to the privatization of the mezzanine which was very good. The evening went quite well until dessert when I found a hair in the scoop of ice cream that accompanied the fondant. So I brought down the dessert with the hair to indicate it and the reaction of the person in charge (because I later knew that it was the person in charge) was very disconcerting. It's not our hair and I'm sure of that, so basically "I'm talking to him about it", but we'll still make you dessert again. So given his reaction, I might have thought that I had fun bringing a hair with me and putting it on the dessert🤔🤔 I come down 15 minutes later to find out where the dessert is, he tells me it's in progress. 15 minutes later at the mezzanine level, I asked him again and he told me that it happened, telling me, after I pointed out to him that it was a bit long, that it had only been 10 minutes since I went see him. I hate bad times and I didn't hesitate to tell him that. In short, an execrable reaction on his part and lamentable crisis management. Given his reaction, I didn't even dare to eat the fondant when it arrived. So the evening was ruined by this event and I didn't even make sure that he hadn't counted the fondant (just on principle). At the same time as there was at least €50 per head (condition for having the privatized mezzanine), no one must have paid any attention to it. Despite everything, I remember the waitress who was very adorable 😊😊

11/07/2024: Excellent restaurant, it’s a real pleasure to come and eat at Circonstances. The staff is great and the food is delicious… (You absolutely have to try the shrimp ravioli) We will come back, I recommend 100%

20/09/2024: Be careful inside the restaurat Frenchie Bar à Vin. I was having dinner inside the restaurant with my family and someone stole my leather jacket. I immediately informed the staff and then reported the situation to the police, but the restaurant was not supportive or assumed any resposibility by activating their insurance. The food is good but the service is not great and it is not a safe place to be at!

08/09/2024: Fantastic restaurant! The tasting menu is fresh and interesting but not intimidating. Staff was wonderful and we look forward to returning.

30/09/2024: I thought this was going to be a gimmicky tourist trap. I was wrong. What a great bar from the staff, to the drinks, and even the hot dog! There are better cocktails in Paris, but I'm not sure there's a better experience (in terms of cocktails).

29/09/2024: Stopped here on a cool day for some onion soup gratinée and a glass of wine. I loved the place and the service was great. I am sorry to say the soup was way over-salted. But I make the same often and I can tell you this was otherwise well-prepared. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

08/07/2025: Simple, fast, and efficient! Dishes served quickly and of good quality! Blue meat, cooked to perfection! A tender cut with the right garnish! Heavy Caesar salad with tender, melt-in-the-mouth crispy chicken!

18/12/2024: Spectacular is the first word that comes to me & my boyfriend’s mind. We did the 5 course meal with wine pairing.This meal was exquisite, the service was above & beyond, all of the food was delicious and creative and the wine pairings were unique and tasty. Decor and ambiance were upscale, stylish, and cozy/romantic. 11/10 restaurant, I hope to visit again in the future. Thank you, Pur!

Me encantó cada plato. ¡El ñoquis, el uni y el abulón se derriten en tu boca y el estallido de diferentes sabores tántala mis brotes! ¡No te arrepentirás de haber venido a Pur!
