24/03/2024: Overall, we had a really bizarre experience at DT. The food was terrific; however, both of us agreed that it didn’t live up to the hype and the extremely high price range. Then came the service - which for the first half of the meal was speedy and fantastic, but weirdly slowed to an absolute halt when the later courses started. We didn’t get the check until 1 a.m., and there were times when the server didn’t deliver any portions for 45 minutes. And after the last corse, it took 45 minutes to get the tab! But the worst was them charging us 30€ for our “welcome” Champaign, which they didn’t note beforehand, then adding a 8€ hidden charge for using the hand towel at the beginning of the meal. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

12/03/2024: Beautiful, inventive and delicious food. This is an event restaurant -- we were here for over 4 hours and loved every minute. Pacing of the meal was great, but it's a lot! Counting (amazing) breads and five amuse bouches, we were served at least 30 distinct dishes. The wine pairings are a must, each one obscure enough to feel novel, somehow atypical for the varietal or elevating already lofty food; sometimes all 3. The meal was themed, but not in a way we found over the top or gimmicky -- it all works as food. Service is among the best we've encountered in 20 years of traveling to Paris, entirely professional but warm and unpretentious, even a tiny bit sassy. Our servers patiently indulged our desire to hear it all in French, even if at times we had to ask for repeat explanations. There was no part of the meal that disappointed. We celebrated a milestone birthday here and I'll treasure the memory for years to come.

27/02/2024: The food, service, and atmosphere are all great! Entrée+Main dish+dessert I changed the entrée to truffle jotto by adding a certain amount to the regular course and it was an excellent choice. They even provided croquettes and homemade madeleines before the meal, which were also delicious! It's well worth your time!

15/02/2024: A restaurant with great food and service. I have visited the store several times since my first visit. I don't think there are many restaurants in Paris where you can get this quality of food and service. While the restaurant was busy on Valentine's Day, the chef was greeting all the customers who visited the restaurant with bonsoir through the small window of the small kitchen. Even though the place was full, the service madam and the male employee were always smiling and having great conversation. I'm looking forward to hearing from you again.

09/04/2024: While staying in the 7th ARR in Paris, we had the fortune of dining at Sancerre on a Monday. The restaurant has an understated, and upscale vibe. Love the green walls and the mixture of artwork. The bar is modest but has nice liquor choices. Their wine list is loaded with quality options, we selected a white from Loire. Delicious. The menu has just the right amount of options. My wife and I had the Chilled Sea Beam and the Green Asparagus and Poached egg…both delicious. My main was the Spaghetti with Truffle Cream (it was so good that I had to stop from eating too much) and my wife had the Chicken with Morel Cream. Excellent choices. The staff was professional, friendly and quick with recommendations and assistance. Overall a wonderful experience and one I would recommend.

23/03/2024: Absolutely divine cuisine! From the wonderfully seasoned vitello tonnato, to the ultra-tasty stuffed cabbage, to the soft and perfectly cooked sweetbreads, not to mention the delicious pear clafoutis with its shortbread base, everything was so good! Not surprising when you know that the Chef is a former Robuchon chef. Very nice selection of wines by the glass. The welcome is also adorable and attentive in an elegant and warm setting. A very very nice address!

04/05/2024: My first lunch - I must say, it's just as good as dinner! I was so thankful I had reservations as the restaurant was 100% full - a testament to their food. The ceviche is outstanding as well as the superior service. Thank you chef Justin!

28/04/2024: It's a nice restaurant in the centre of Paris, waiters were nice, service was quick and the food was good. The quality of the steak was not exceptional, the crème brûlée was very good but the top should have been hot. The toilet would need some maintenance. It's a bit crowdy and noisy so don't expect a cozy dinner, but I liked it overall especially when compared to other less than acceptable eating places in the city.

10/05/2024: Indulged in a solo dining experience at a charming French restaurant after a long voyage and day of meetings. Started with a lovely glass of Chablis which suited the entire menu well. The foie gras, presented in substantial proportions alongside thoughtfully paired pickled and fresh vegetables, was great (I was craving fois gras). Then I had the duck, which came with a deep sauce and wonderfully cooked French vegetables, the kind you’re hoping for when visiting France. Finally the chocolate moulleux cake, with fresh ice cream which was as delicious as you’d expect after the quality of the first two courses. I sheepishly finished nearly every bite of every dish. Merci to the staff for their kind and attentive service. Definitely recommended.

03/05/2024: A little crush on this restaurant. Dishes of high quality (and very beautiful) with seasonal vegetables cooked perfectly and in very correct quantities. A great millefeuille revisited for dessert. Note the very friendly and pleasant service. Thank you to the team for this wonderful evening.

06/04/2024: I was here last night and noticed halfway through my meal that parts of my chicken were super red/pink so I stopped eating it. Two hours later I came down with food poisoning and was throwing up the entire night. Awful experience.

06/04/2024: I’m not to write negative reviews often, but for what I’ve paid here I think this place could be so much better. My issue is with the food as everything else is above par. The food was bland, with weird taste at times. It felt like the chef was trying to over complicate the dishes to pass an air of sophistication but failing miserably. The place is great, with a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. The service is cool at welcome but during the food part multiple times we couldn’t understand what he said when explaining the course. Also no wine pairing. This is a place that would work better as a bar you to for some drinks and then leave to go somewhere better to eat. If you go visit do it for the view and the photos you will take don’t go for the food.
