12/03/2024: Hello, I've been dreaming of the baguettes that I bought at ,,Sophie,, in Etaples for years.Hello Noemi I know very well that you don't remember me, it's normal you have the same professional and caring attitude towards all the customers, personally the two minutes of attention between ,,less cooked,, and ,,well cooked,, for me made the difference between Chez Sophie and other bakeries.Despite my accent being European I I have always been treated as an equal customer to others and that adds more human value to everyone who works at Sophie. Thank you very much to all of you, it was a great honor to meet you.
